Done was very prompt and made quick arrangements to take care of our needs. We had recently installed new counter tops and sinks.The drain locations on the new sinks were not at all conducive to me hooking the plumbing drain lines back up. Jeremy showed up late afternoon on Friday and indicated he didn't have the parts he needed on the truck and his shift was about over.He requested to return on Monday and I agreed. I was a little shocked at the estimate, but I understand overheads nowadays. Jeremy returned on Monday as promised and made quick work of the issue. Thanks for the great work, Jeremy! Nothing personal but I hope I do not require services in the future... $460 is a chunk of change! I know I agreed to it, so no need to point that truth out to me! Thomas is amazing! After we found out our sink drain had been leaking we called around to several plumbers to get quotes and see what was needed for repairs. Thomas was able to come out that day and give us an idea as to what we were looking at! He made more recommendations then any of the other plumbers and was more detailed. At this time we also decide to move our laundry feed lines from under our floor joist into the the floor joist so we could sheetrock our ceiling and put in can lights. He gave us a quote for each job and when compared to the other quotes not only was he cheaper but he also was the most detailed. It was a no brainer choice at that point. He was able to fit us in right away and got the work done in about half a day. He was very professional and does quick detailed oriented work. I would recommend him to everyone! Out of the 15 plumbers we had come give us inspections he was the quickest to respond, gave us the lowest quote and was the most through work. Also just an fyi ( Fast forward 3 weeks) No leaks and everything is working great!

Update 2/20/18 - A representative from the company contacted me just hours after I posted the below review and apologized for the confusion, explained the situation, and clearly demonstrated that they take customer service/experience seriously. It was exactly the right thing to do and renewed my trust, so increased my star rating accordingly.

Not great. Didn't seem to really be experience, spent longer than it seemed it should have taken, and then didn't receive a bill for months. Wrote back to ask why the delayed billing, never got a response - just another bill with late fees accrued. Can't recommend.

We are in the process of looking into a tankless water heater. Josh was on time and very professional when he came out for the estimate.

He helped me over FaceTime to fix the plumbing issue myself. No request for payment. I will use his services again.

The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Horizon before we got our Ac unit installed by them a couple years ago. I absolutely love this company, the techs and the very sweet ladies in the office are amazing. Our heater stopped working overnight and woke up to an icebox of a house with small children. They were able fit me in same day for maintenance. We had been told by a previous company that we had to replace the whole unit. Brad with Horizon was able to replace a piece and do maintenance that fixed the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with my 3 month old puppy who kept getting in his way. We plan on replacing the unit eventually but its good to know that our family won't have to suffer the cold winter. We will probably using Horizon again.

I had Curt add three outlets to a wall for built ins to be added later. He explained how he would install them and was able to connect a couple that needed a switch back to the original switch plate so he didn’t need to add a new separate switch. I was happy about that. He went over cost for what parts he needed. So I knew the cost right away. I had him update all smoke and CO detectors in the house. As well as add a power serge bracket to the house outside panel to protect all attachments to electrical inside my home. He was great getting it all done in good time and cleaned up well afterwards. Very courteous, quick and knowledgeable. I will use this company again.

I am absolutely blown away by the customer service we received tonight! Our exposed copper pipe was knocked out of place by a door opening and caused a mess of water in our basement this evening. To make matters worse no matter what we did we couldn't turn off the water fully and it kept flowing out of the break. We called 5 places around and no one was available tonight (all for tomorrow or Monday). I nearly gave up and settled for filling buckets and flowing water down our floor drain but somehow found A Better Plumber nearby and was immediately dispatched with Cody. He arrived an hour earlier than our 8-10 window and was impecible with his service. He wore feet slippers to be kind, was super personable, friendly and came and diagnosed our problem quickly! I was given 3 quotes to look at and he figured out a way to stop the water flow and leak while fixing the pipe in short work! I cannot recommend him enough and we are very very grateful to be able to use our water again tonight. Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

We have had a great experience using AOK for various plumbing needs. I feel like their recommendations are always legitimate, and they aren't trying to gouge us for unnecessary or costly repairs. We have really been pleased with the yearly maintenance plan as well. AOK has a lot of great employees, but Roberto has been the one visiting us the last few times and he really knows his stuff! He is prompt, professional, and does high quality work.

Called them to work on flushing and filling my super old radiant baseboard system. They were responsive and fixed what I asked. The hourly rate is $150 with a $75 service charge. My issue took about 40 min of time with no equipment and I was charged $225 which is a bit pricey.

My tub faucet was leaking and I needed help fixing it. I got the phone number for Denver plumbing from a friend who had hired them before and was full of praises about their services. They came and replaced the faucet and only charged me a small fee. Now I know that I can always rely on them whenever I have issue in my home. I will definitely use them!
