I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Seth just finished a job for me and I'm very pleased. He was responsive in all communications, professional, and was a very nice guy to talk to during the install.

We had a Quiet Cool whole house fan installed in our home yesterday. The gentleman (I can't remember his name) that cane out and gave us a quote was very informative and personable. Then Isaiah our installer was also very informative and made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the new system and how it worked! Another thing I also liked was that we received a text message when they were on their way that included the name and picture of who would be coming!

Cost me 200 dollars to have a switch replaced. My fault for not asking about their pricing before they came out. Took less than 10 minutes. Their minimum service charge is a lot more than other places. A friend of mine recommended them and I figured he wouldnt recommend a place that would rip me off. I was wrong. Called another company (after the fact unfortunately) and their basic service trip charge is 90 dollars. The standard is 90-100 and these crooks charge twice that. Use at your own risk.

They did a quality job at a very reasonable price.

Ben fixed my electrical issues, cleaned everything up, and even helped stabilize the end table that was moved to get to the switch plate.

I can't recommend Brothers' Plumbing enough! We initially contacted them because we had a sewage smell in the house and were uncertain where it was coming from. Brothers arranged for specialized diagnostic testing that not only revealed the source of the problem, but also revealed another pipe that we didn't know had a leak in it. They promptly addressed both issues. Their team was responsive and timely at every step -- scheduling, arrival, and accomplishing the work. Austin, Scott, and Sergio were kind, professional, and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Genesis was so great to work with! They over communicated the entire process and the electrician was so friendly and professional. I appreciate all the avenues of communication through text, email, calling. Don't expect that they are the cheapest, but the quality more than makes up for the cost.

Called Tipping Hat out of a panic due to service call gone bad from another company to repair AC unit. Joseph was out here in Roxborough with in hours to assess the situation and offered options to remedy. We were offered 4 options to choose from and financing if we needed. We decided to go with a full AC and furnace upgrade which was more than what we needed, but were confident on trusting our investment with Tipping Hat Plumbing Heating & Electric. After choosing our option the install crew showed up early morning and on time the very next day ready to go to work. The install went smoothly and is a very professional and clean installation.
