I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Seth is extremely professional, shows up on time, responds to texts and charges a reasonable rate for his work. He takes his time to explain the issue and what he needs to do to fix the problem. Highly recommend Seth.

A bit pricey but there’s time you need a licensed electrician and they felt completely comfortable with his expertise.

Staring with my initial call to Absolute Electrical Services talking with Michelle to the field technician Jesse this company is professional from top to bottom.I'm a local remodeling contractor and have struggled as of late with getting electricians to show up and these guys were on time and they were extremely efficient with my time and got the work done in a timely matter. I would highly recommend Jesse but I'm sure with the professionalism of this company any technician will do a great job! Absolute you have a long time customer with MHR Remodeling!!

The Best in Town! I've used these folks several times, usually for installing ceiling fans or new light fixtures. They are prompt, professional and efficient. Will always use them in the future.

The experience with Williams and Sons Electric and the proposed lighting project was painless. Tim was easy to work with and allowed things to play out without pushing to make things happen. Quickly assessing the lighting issue, sketching a rough drawing of the proposed fixture layout, established project timeline and start date, in addition to the cost proposal. Tim and his son started on schedule, completed project within the established timeline with outstanding precision and level of performance. Would definitely use Williams and Sons again!

Attempted to schedule service with this company after purchasing a new home at the beginning of last month. I was told he would have a three week lead time, we discussed him doing the work at the beginning of the following month, that he would need to pull permits etc. We clarified the work that was needed as he had originally quoted for the realtor I was buying from. I explained there was confusion on what was supposed to be quoted, clarified what I actually needed and received the correct quote. I stated that I would follow up with the selling realtor about the confusion but that I would want him to go ahead with the work. When I never heard back from him regarding finalized scheduling of the project, I called back at the beginning of the month we had discussed. He had done nothing to prepare for the project, never followed up, and now had another three week lead time to do the work. This has vastly affected my ability to move into my new home as well as thrown off the entire timeline of the other renovations I am doing. He attempted to do nothing to ameliorate the communication error on his side. Would not recommend.

Amazing! Customer service was wonderful, even called me when they were able to get me an earlier appointment. Ian was wonderful! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what needed to be done and found a better, faster way to make the repair when he started doing the work that not only saved cuts into my drywall, but also saved me money! Just amazing! I can’t say enough good things! They will always be my first call in the future!

Do NOT use this company. They came out to clean and inspect my 15 yo furnace (which is working just fine) and they told me I needed $5220 in repairs. They didn't clean it or even leave it in working condition (had to have another tech come out later that day to get it working again). I had another company come out to actually clean and I got a quote of $2100 installed for a brand new one which I won't need for a couple more years. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these con artists. What a waste of $59.Update: the furnace they told me needed to be replaced lasted me 7 more years with zero maintenance costs. Always get a 2nd opinion before buying a new furnace.

We couldn’t be happier with all of our interactions with AAARK. From the initial meeting to discuss options to service or replace our old furnace, to the quote, to the install - AAARK was patient and professional. We had many questions about the new boiler system and every detail was explained to our satisfaction. After the install we still had a couple of questions about our new unit vs what we were used to and Matt Jackson came out so he could be sure to address any concerns we had in person instead of over the phone. A whole new heating system is a significant investment and Matt said he wanted to make sure we were 100% happy. We are! Our home is warm and energy efficient. I have no doubt that if we have any problem at all, AAARK will be there. They are also our go- to for all of our plumbing needs. Timely, professional, courteous- I highly recommend AAARK for any Heating/Air/ Plumbing/ Electric needs.

Update May 2021- another excellent experience! We contacted AAARK to replace our lumpy old patio pavers with a smooth concrete surface. We are so happy with the transformation and the price. Julio, Junior and Antonio did a wonderful, professional job on the concrete work- even working around existing poles and plantings- and left the worksite spotless. At the last minute,, we decided to add some electrical outlets to the space and Jimmy made it happen. Bottom line- if you have a vision, call AAARK. They have the right people with the right experience.

Highly recommend Great Guys! Marcus installed central AC and a central humidifier for me and has been out for a few repairs and service calls to my heating/cooling system. He's incredibly knowledgable, professional, and friendly and is very flexible around scheduling. His services are affordable and high quality. I'm happy to have found Great Guys and will continue using them for al my HVAC needs!

Matt was amazing! We were the last call of his day, and he still showed up eager to help us, quickly and efficiently. Our problem was easily fixed thankfully, and Matt was quick to diagnose and inform us of the next steps. He also gave great advice about some future cosmetic things we’d like to do down the road. Definitely will be requesting Matt in the future for all of our service needs. Thank you Matt!!

Texted before he arrived, prompt. Super professional and polite. Replaced a plate over an open electrical switch without even asking (and without charging). Got a tough job done quickly. Just overall excellent, polite, and effective service. Will not look further for another electrician!

Want to say thank you and to give kudos to Uli Alfaro and Ely for their great care in installing a new furnace/ water heater in my mom's house. Uli's response to the install was quick and yet took the time that everything would be perfectly in place and it met my mom's high standard of satisfaction. They were both so friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable in answering the many questions we kept asking about the install and the equipment.
