I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Seth is an expert in his industry. I had to have him perform a few inspection-related electrical issues to the load center (panel) and connector to the food disposal. He performed the job with quick timing and had extra items available. Friendly guy who should expand the business.

Roberto was patient, professional & did a wonderful job servicing my equipment! He found out the issue, communicated what it was & what he would be doing to fix it, how long it would take & how much it would cost before doing the work. Great communication and super fast with the repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Roberto & Heart to anyone looking for HVAC work. Finally a company that actually takes the time to show they care.

AES was great. I received a bunch of bids for my work, but they were the only company that walked me through the process, spoke to me like an adult was AES, and even set me at ease when I made a mistake during the prep. Hector was phenomenal. The work is great and they cleaned up everything afterwards. So long as Hector is with AES, they will be my first and only call going forward.

These guys are fantastic! From the consultation all the way through completion of the project...nothing but friendly and professional! I’ve got a house built in ‘77 and Electri-Serve just helped me give the lighting a violent shove into this century! It’s beautiful, bright and I can’t wait to start another project with them! I am totally satisfied with the service I received from Steve P. He was very professional, courteous, and just a joy to work with to get my plumbing problems fixed. I had never had a plumber in my house and he inspected all of the plumbing in my house. He then gave me a very clear and understandable estimate of the work that needed to be done. He listened well and answered all of the questions that I had. Then he started fixing the items I wanted fixed and ended up staying for 9 hours to get the work done. I admire this kind of service. Steve is a wonderful person with a great sense of humor, good customer skills, great plumbing skills, and a wonderful work ethic. Thanks SteveI also had Scott K come and clean a number of drains during this plumbing session. Scott K was professional and dedicated to getting the work done. We have an old blower motor in an old condo that had some electrical issues. I called 5 different HVAC companies (3 of which came out to visit over a period of 10 days) and Frank was the only guy in the whole city that would even touch my unit after seeing it. He diagnosed & fixed the issue quickly & confidently and our AC is working good as new. I cannot recommend him enough!

Great Guys have saved us on several occasions. First, they kick started our old abused HVAC system after we moved into our house. About a year later when it finally croaked, they replaced it with a wonderful new machine. Now they do the maintenance and I never have to think about it!!
