Darrell did a fantastic job taking the time to explain and help us decide on a new water heater. We have some unique setups in our house such as a circulating pump and he kept us appraised at each step only replacing the items that we needed replaced.Thanks to the Done team for being our plumbing and HVAC team for the last 11 years.

Paul is fantastic! He helped take care of our plumbing punch list for our 1920s-built home we just bought. Everything was so overwhelming but he just took care of everything from leaking faucets, running toilets, slow drains, etc. he also know a lot more than just plumbing. We were so pleased with his work we hired him to switch out the valve of our sprinkler system. He’s an overall great guy. Very trustworthy and honest. I can’t recommend him enough.

Actually arrived earlier than scheduled ( which is a good thing w no heat). While waiting for boiler to fire up started discussion on tankless and some issues. John was able to diagnose and fix while waiting for boiler and even discovered a small gas leak. Great service, knowledgeable and very professional! Will recommend to anyone who asks me!!!

What a great company! This is the only plumbing company I will do business with again. I was worried our main drain line was clogging up. Two companies I called said it would be a week before they could take a look. A Better Plumber came out the very next day!Danny arrived on time, was clean, professional and respectful of our home. The best part is what happened next. After running a few checks and inspecting the drainage, we were told we did NOT have any plumbing issue. He took the time to explain how he was running his checks, and then he did a free courtesy clean of one of our sink drains he noticed was draining slow.He could've easily lied to us and made a dramatic speech about how we were on the verge of a plumbing catastrophe, but he told the truth, was patient, and genuinely just wanted to make sure all was well.Definitely a recommend!!

Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

This company impressed me with their honesty. They saved my family about $15,000 by connecting us with Denver Water who replaced a water line for free. I commend them for not taking our money when they certainly could have made a nice profit on our job!

Great HVAC service

Went with Home Depot water heater replacement and got Delta. My basement is a little tricky to maneuver big items and Plamen did a great job getting it done quickly but also safely. Also took time to not damage carpets etc.

Called them to work on flushing and filling my super old radiant baseboard system. They were responsive and fixed what I asked. The hourly rate is $150 with a $75 service charge. My issue took about 40 min of time with no equipment and I was charged $225 which is a bit pricey.
