Dutch Creek is solid. They are honest and respectful, and don't use scare tactics or try to upsell you on rewiring your whole house for a small change. One estimate I was quoted was x4 what Dutch charged. They helped me understand the pros and cons of my project in addition to providing quality work. Would definitely recommend.

Justin has been our go to electrician for both homes we own in the Denver area. One of the homes was originally built in 1895 and was a flip when we bought it 8 years ago. Justin came in and gave us, plus our daughter a good evaluation and education on its electrical system. This time he came out after a contractor overloaded an outside outlet and blew a breaker leaving part of the house without any electricity. He and his trainee walked us through what he was replacing, checked the grounding and then checked everything was working. He’s very thorough and always teaches us something new. He’s courteous, respectful and it’s just such a pleasure to have someone you can count on to do the job well the first time and he guarantees his work!

Our technician, Shane was very knowledgable and friendly and respectful. Upon inspecting the furnace, he provide detailed explanations as to the limitations of each individual part and the condition mine was in. He did a thorough job cleaning the furnace and provided a detailed breakdown of multiple options that would sustain the life of the furnace. He was very professional, communicated the actual needs of the furnace but was not high pressure sales.

Aaark Total Home Services was called for no heat. The 15 year old furnace would have needed $1200 in repairs with no guarantees as to what may break next or when. The furnace was replaced, the 15 year old water heater was replaced preemptively and a new humidifier was put on the unit. A big project that Aaark Total Home Services managed expertly. They had five trucks to the house to get everything done in a day. They took excellent care of the house with runners and clean shoes/boots, and care to not hit anything when hauling old and new equipment. I would highly recommend Aaark for all your home care needs. I had outstanding service on an issue I had with circuit breakers tripping in our finished basement. The gentlemen took the time to thoroughly test what was causing the issue, explaining what he was looking for and seeing. He fixed the issue quickly in the best way I could hope for.
