Mitch and his trainee, Corey, we’re both super courteous and efficient. Mitch was very thorough in his training which gives me confidence that all the techs at Heart are great. Arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, gave various options for resolution and within 2 hours my AC is back up and cooling. Highly recommend

STAY AWAY! Overpriced! Tech called out sick twice and I was sent two other people. They charge 3 times more than other companies and the employees know that they are scamming people.

First, I would like to say this, do not be FOOLED with a celebs name attached to this business, unless this celeb had low to no expectation of excellent service and professionalism which I hope is untrue. I lived and experienced today.So, here is how the appointment went. At the time of scheduling, I explained in detail regarding the toilet/ flushing issue I have been experiencing and was given a 10 AM to 12 PM window. Day of the appt: Could see the writing on the wall, by 1145 AM. Called to find out if the plumber was running late and was given the area of his last appt with the statement that he is on his way. This area is 25 minutes out from my house, which would put him over the 2 hr window. Do you think he or the company called to update me? Hell to the NO! Requested the front desk rep to call the plumber, she comes back on the phone and says the plumber is not picking up. How convenient!! At 1210, another company front desk employee calls and asks for my unit#. Was I supposed to invent a unit # at the spot for this company when there wasnt one? Someone needs to escort this company into 2021 where we use GPS if you can't figure out addresses (competence level?) Gets better.... ANOTHER person (dont even know his job title) comes to the door at 1215 AM and says that he was given my house assignment because he was in the area. I was going to send him away but fought my anger because he was not to be blamed for the incompetence of this company. So, I let him in, he goes to the bathroom, flushes the toilet and says I am sorry I was told this was a toilet tank issue and I don't have proper tools. So, did this company send him to my house to have lunch with me or what? I called the main # again asking for Manager and was told that he would call 24- 48 hours. At that point, I said nevermind, I will take my complain to this review platform for all to see and hung up coz I knew where this was going to go.Never have I dealt with a companythat is so unprofessional, poor in communication skills, incompetent, disregard for people's time, unapologetic, probably can't even spell punctual and have 0 ability to troubleshoot. And silly me was thinking this could have been my to go company for all my family members and my house needs. To that let me say HA HAA HAHA....

Nick replaced the pressure relief valve and part of our PVB. He was very professional and nice and had the entire job done in less than 2 hours. It was very easy to schedule our appointment with the manager, Michael. I appreciated his professional attitude, and safe attitude with COVID-19 precautions. He left our room cleaner than he found it, wore a mask the entire time, and shoe covers in the house. We were impressed with his positive attitude, and his kindness. Frank is great! He did all the plumbing and electrical in our bathroom remodel, installed a new gas range in the kitchen and has also helped with many other projects. He works incredibly hard, does great work, and is very reliable.

Ethan, the technician that was sent out on this job, was remarkably efficient at diagnosing and solving the issue. He communicated clearly what was wrong and gave me options for repairing it and how to maintain the unit to prevent the problem from recurring. I really appreciate the work this company did.

Great experience! They send you a text including the information about your electrician so you know who is coming and when. The electrician came and was professional and thorough and they could do the job then for a reasonable price. We did it right away. I really appreciate how easy it was! Highly recommend

John Johnson did an excellent job fixing the leak in the bath tube. He had excellent customer service and explained what was wrong and did the job in quick time. This is the second time he been out to help us with multiple plumbing issues and we recommend him to others.

The two technicians that showed up were polite, professional, and knowledgeable, they did a very thorough job of explaining and showing what the problem was and what is needed for a permanent fix, they cleaned up after themselves and were very conscience about not making a mess. I would with confidence recommend this company to my friends and family. No high pressure sales.

Our technician, Domonique, was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified our issue and was able to get it resolved the same day! We have also worked with Golden West HVAC, water heater people and they are all equally knowledgeable and go out of their way to get stuff done and get your home back in working order. Seriously, we can not say enough positive thigs about our multiple experiences with this company and their employees from schedulers to technicians. We have know purchased their membership knowing it will get us discounts on routine servicing as well as repairs. Highly recommend!!!
