The services by DONE PLUMBING & HEATING was to find the problems causing the main drain to back up.It took 3 times visiting my home (the last time with a camera) to get an answer.All 3 technicians were tenacious, professional & AWESOME.​I would recommend any of the gentlemen...​Dalton Laurich​...​Caleb Ferris​​ ​& Austin Steinbach​ all professional, knowledgeable and kind .Austin Steinbach was the camera man. Seeing the actual route the waste took was a big help to my understanding.

All I can say is WOW. We had two emergency leaks and are leaving for a week-long vacation at the end of the week. I called 9 plumbing services today and only TCF was able to fit me in. Thomas, the owner, was at my house within an hour and went straight to work replacing my 19-year-old hot water heater and replacing a hose bib that burst and was leaking outside. He stayed late into the evening to make sure the work was done well. I can’t recommend TCF enough! You will not be disappointed!

I first found Tipping Hat from one of those mailer ads. My son needed a new central air unit and he ended up getting a new furnace also. Everything was great! Then he got a new hot water heater and everything is great! I thought I should take my own advice after my longtime plumber wanted to super charge me and use Tipping Hat. First Miranda who answered the phone and helped get someone here was fantastic! She let me be long winded, laughed at all my stupid jokes and was just a pleasure! Melissa was great! She is the one who gets to give the good news that help is on the way! Seth and Zac were fantastic! Again let me be tell my long story about what happened ( I need to learn editing) gave me some great advice about the drain cleaner I’m using, and we came up with a way to blame my husband for all the hair in the drain, not me! Now I need to look into the hydro blasting or jetting, like Seth recommended. It really makes sense to clean out all that gunk out of my old house pipes. Tipping Hat is now in phone for keeps! Tyler was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing while performed the furnace and hot water heater maintenance. He made several suggestions to issues with the plumbing concerning the water heater and water pressure control.

Charged $670 for a $125 service call. Did not diagnose or resolve the issue. By the time I realized I was being scammed I had already agreed to the work.

Tyler, Roberto and team have been fantastic. They clearly lay out options, maintenance and best practices while also educating us on the intricacies of our old house. I’d recommend the maintenance plan they offer.

These guys came out and handled my furnace repair (an old boiler furnace that are hard to find furnace maintenance experts for), and it was just in time for the cold weather and snow that we received recently. Paige in their front office is very friendly, scheduling was a breeze for same day HVAC service, and the problem was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. We plan on calling them again in the spring when it comes time for our air conditioner tune-up. Thank you for a great experience.

I called Blue Sky to install two new outlets (behind the wall mounted televisions). Ben was able to work around the obstacles of an older house and the chimney to get the outlet installed and out of site. He also installed a new outlet in the basement for the second wall mounted television.The estimate was given before the work began, giving me the option to have all, part or none of the work done.Ben was professional, friendly and courtesy.The receptionist at Blue Sky was also very friendly and helpful.

Anthony Garcia was on time, and was polite, courteous, and professional. He made sure I understood everything he was doing and explained every step. He presented my repair options with no sales pressure. Anthony was respectful of my home and always wore a mask and booties while inside. He had the exact part my A/C system needed stocked in his truck so was able to diagnose and repair quickly. He guaranteed his work and even found some discounts for me to take advantage of! I was thrilled with his excellent service and impressed that he was available to come out the same day I called. It was a very good experience. I highly, highly recommend Anthony and Golden West!
