Our home was having a few strange electrical issues so we called The WireNut. Jesse showed up and handled the diagnosis and repair. The level of customer service was too notch, end to end. Everything from the text alerts, scheduling communication, staff profiles online, to the actual in-home service and digital payment process. Jesse communicated each step of the repair, was up front about pricing, and made quick work of everything. Really incredible. Proceed with confidence if you need residential service!

DO NOT USE BROTHERS PLUMBING AND HEATING! We were part of a service that paid monthly to obtain lower costs for services etc. One of their Technicians came out to do an annual check up on our furnace. He swiftly told us our 4 -1/2 year old furnace was in bad shape and the quote to repair was $9,000. He said the motor and blowers were out and needed to be replaced and if we did not do so CO would blow through the furnace into our home. We had a 2nd opinion completed the next day and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with our furnace and he could tell the Brothers Technician did not even inspect the entire unit.

These guys are solid. They have done three different projects for me: small electrical repair, roof replacement, and most recently a full basement remodel (will post pictures soon). Each time I worked with different guys at Aaark and they are all professionals that do the job right. Thanks to Titus, Julio, Junior, Brian, Dustin, Jake and everyone else. Appreciate it guys!

I should have submitted this review sooner. Our heater went out at the beginning of Winter 2022 right as it was going to be below 30 degrees outside. We panicked as a family as we have a young toddler. Applewood heating responded within a day and got us scheduled for an inspection for new installation. They had a plan and estimate for us quickly and worked very fast to get the work started. I believe from start to finish it only took a few days. Their employees were extremely pleasant and worked incredibly hard to get our heater going again. They even served me after they found out I was a Packers fan and the employee favored the Vikings :) Afterwards they even sent a little goody tin with chocolates as a way of saying thanks for our business. I would highly recommend them for any home needs you may have.

I have used them on a number of projects, both small projects and larger commercial work. They are a great family business and I recommend them!

Pat and Roger cleaned up the mess left by the previous, unprofessional electrician. They came in on short notice (less than 24hrs) and worked weekends to get the job done. Pat responded to all of my communications in a timely manner and resolved all issues quickly and efficiently. Their hardwork and understanding of the trade allowed me to finish my kitchen remodel in time for Thanksgiving. My family and I are grateful and lucky to have found them!

Robert from Table Mountain Electric was very timely in his response and scheduling! The electricians Enrique and Peter were very professional, hard workers and did a great job. It snowed and rained all day and despite that, they did a killer FAST job. Would highly recommend!

I had Tipping Hat install a new AC unit. With that they then told me I needed a new humidifier and thermostat. I have had issues ever since with these units and they seem to try to fix them but never complete the work correctly. Above that they never show up on time. I’m not sure how the first appointment of the day can be 6 hours late. They also do no call to let you know they will be late. They also send the wrong tech to work on the issues. The current issue seems to be a controller board, thermostat and network issue and the technician actually stated he didn’t know much about these items and wasn’t sure why he was there.

Domonique and Trace were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and quick when it came to getting the job done.

We were very happy with our services from Brendan. We didn’t have heat for over 24 hours during a big blizzard and they came right away and he stayed until it was fixed. He explored every option that could be wrong and explained everything he did thoroughly.
