Great experience with Louis and Heart. Louis was extremely professional and personable, and walked me through everything he was going to do before work began, then walked me through everything in detail at the end.

Early this morning our A/C went out and knowing it was going to be dangerously hot today, I called their 24 hour line at 3am. I got an appointment between 8 and 10am. The technician Ryan arrived right on the dot at 8am and was able to diagnose and fix our A/C problem within the hour. I am grateful for his work and I'm happy to leave a 5 star review.

Benjamin Montoya and the two different techs who came out with him during two days of work were great! He performed the work exact to the estimate and made some energy saving recommendations for us to consider down the road. Good guy! Good team!

I love that they are open 7 days a week and don't charge you an arm and a leg if you need service on a Sunday. Issues always seem to come up on the off times and days. Mark came out, figured out what the issue was recommended I get a part cleaned not replaced. I appreciate that he wasn't just trying to get money out of me. He was so nice to me and my kids. The problem is fixed and I will call Brothers again if something else comes up.

Nick replaced the pressure relief valve and part of our PVB. He was very professional and nice and had the entire job done in less than 2 hours. It was very easy to schedule our appointment with the manager, Michael. I appreciated his professional attitude, and safe attitude with COVID-19 precautions. He left our room cleaner than he found it, wore a mask the entire time, and shoe covers in the house. We were impressed with his positive attitude, and his kindness. Having properly identified the real issue, Tyler replaced my furnace control board. The day before, another resource made no effort to truly test out the issue and just recommended a full furnace replacement for $6k... I will ONLY call Apple wood Plumbing from now on for help!

I had requested Affordable Electrical services to come to my residence to install a 240 and a 120 outlet. I was told that the electrician would be here from 9am-11am. When they day came, Pat didn't show up until after 11:00am. At 11:50am, I got the quote. He offered me a free add on service for the light switch that was not working but really didn't fix the issue (understandably, the house is old). Pat tried to keep telling me that he would be able to do the dryer vent and also the plumbing. I hired an ELECTRICIAN for electrical services, not for anything else. Close to 3:00pm, Pat let me know that he had to leave and that he would not be able to put in the 4 prong 240 outlet in the other (what we hired him to do). He left abruptly and I called my husband, Understandably so, my husband was upset that he had not put in a 4 prong outlet which was the PRIORITY and I let him know that at the begging of the quote. When I called Pat to return and to finish the job, he basically talked over me and let me know that he was already far out on the way to pick up his son. He kept going on and on and called me a difficult customer. I let him know that both my husband and I paid him close to $700 to install the outlets and that neither he or I wanted to have a hole in the room if that is what we hired him for. He kept raising his voice and talking over me. He came back to fix the job and left.

Though I did he did a great job with the outlets, I do not appreciate as paying customer being yelled at, talked over and being called difficult. We paid for a service and that's what we should be getting in return. I paid him the full price and things should not be left undone. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have taken the time to post this in various sites as I want people to be aware of how Pat runs his business. They can comment on this post, but that will never excuse someone from being late, not finishing a job, not having the equipment to finish the job, yelling at a customer because they were complaining about the job not being complete.

Our A.C. went out due to wiring issues and Zach came out on short notice! He took care with his work and made sure we were up and running before the day was out. He did a full inspection and told us about any future issues they can arise with our system but didn't make us feel pressured to take on any extra issues in the moment that we weren't prepared for. I highly recommend this company, the whole process was so smooth and everyone I talked to were so kind and efficient.

Keith Cooper was my tech. He was awesome from start to finish! Arrived on time, gave me a realistic estimate, answered all my questions, helped me apply for financing, and was just a generally nice guy. I had a new water heater installed on the same day as the estimate. I won’t hesitate to call Tipping Hat if I have any more plumbing issues.

Their drivers are A holes. Act just like anyone else speeding up to cut you off multiple lane changes and reckless abandon
