I figured with as high a rating Heart has it was at least worth getting an estimate, even though they were unknown to me. It was a good call. Heart was really amazing through the whole process start to finish.They sent out Jade for my estimate and he was as professional and polite as I could have asked for. Answered all my questions without making me feel like I was clueless. Admittedly, the cost was higher than I would have hoped, but I feel like I bought value for the long run and that counts for a lot. Jade and Talon performed my install and they did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with the results. Easy 5 stars here.

Unbelievably kind and knowledgable. He addressed the issue, explained it in detail, and had everything fixed in no time. After he was done, he went out to his service truck and came back with some dog treats for our pup. These small gestures set companies and their employees apart these days. I sincerely appreciated the extra effort and I will continue to use AAA in the future.

Josh was awesome. I will use tipping hat in the future because of my excellent experience today. Needed a garbage disposal replaced , Josh gave me options and prices and was outgoing. He described what he was going to do and the installation was clean. Also getting the appointment and texting with the office was super good. They kept in touch and were even able to come out same day.

We had a whole house humidifier installed. Carlos did an excellent job on the install, he ran the electrical, installed the steam humidifier and he was very thorough in his explaining of the job. Very impressed with Carlos and the Golden West crew.
