Mitch did a great job. He diagnosed an issue with my furnace quickly and the part on hand to repair it without any delay. He was personable and knowledgeable, and he helped me set up other necessary services on the same day.

Jeremy was a class act and extraordinarily helpful. We needed an exam and quick- he got is what we needed and what we could do and offered advice above what the bare minimum was. Well worth the money.

I'm glad I found Randy to fix my fluorescent light fixture. I was going to replace the current fixture with another light but was advised it will lead to more work than I anticipated. Randy ordered the parts needed and returned to fix my light with LED lights so I will have good lighting for the next 20 years. While he was here, he installed under the counter lights in the laundry room. I love them. Rad Electrical Services are reliable, friendly, trustworthy, efficient, timely.

Cleared out our garbage disposal, which was clogged. Call in on Saturday night Good service, got someone out on a Sunday for no additional charge. Technician was polite knowledgeable and efficient. Only issue was that it was kind of expensive: $345 for the services, which included $67 for the trip charge. The tech did tell us how much it was before they did the service. I guess you have to pay for this type of quality services.

The team at AAARK are excellent! My home is a prefab from the 50's and NOTHING is an easy project.

My parents have had a variety of jobs done by AAARK and they (and I) have always been impressed by the quality of work, speed of service, and courtesy of the team. There was no question of who I would have perform the jobs.

Jimmy and Stuart upgraded my electrical service and combined two boxes into one. Unfortunately, my home has a very tight crawl space and attic, but they got the job done. They were able to really clean up the look, give me back some space on the wall, and set me up safely for some future home wiring projects.

Once the electrical was done, Travis and Chad were able to haul away my ancient furnace (they said they've only seen that model in the Lenox museum) and install a new, quieter, more efficient unit and thermostat.

While those items were being tackled, Nick and Michael installed a tricky shower door and made sure the majority of the plumbing of my long-term bathroom project were all in order.

The team will be out next week to install an evaporative cooler (6 years without any cooling system!) and I cannot wait to have that done and update this review.

Update 03/31: The team returned today and the evap cooler is installed and looks incredible. Very excited to have relief this year from the heat. It was placed out of sight from the front of the house and the registers are placed seamlessly to provide perfect airflow.

terrible - had an issue with them with an A/C went with out A/C for six weeks. No call not following up - tried to be understanding and called them again for a heating issue ... that was nearly three months ago. Epic Epic Fail. When I called and spoke with them the lady (owner) was terrible and tried to say it was my fault!

We had Izzy come to the house and fix our air conditioning system. He went above and beyond to make sure that the air conditioning and the HVAC system was in order. He’s been in the business for 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend him and AAA Service to get the job done properly. They have a great membership quality program. We went out of town, and when we got back, the ac wasn't working properly. We called AAA Service to see about a service visit and they (Izzy) showed up early the next morning to fix it. He was done in less than a half hour. The ac is working great 👍 👌 🙌 again. Yeah! Thanks Izzy and AAA Service. You are a great service . We'll see you later. They will get done right.

Great experience from start to finish. Our AC went out during the hottest stretch of the summer. We called on a Friday of a holiday weekend, and we were able to get a new system installed quickly.Kodiak took the extra effort to even bring out a mobile AC unit to help keep us cool while waiting for the install.Expert installation from John, and Manuel. The city inspectors were even impressed with their work.Great people to work with. Thanks.

Carlos and Luis were incredibly personable, very professional, and did their best to diagnose my problem with my AC unit today on 9/21/22. Carlos has been in the industry for 7 years, and his experience shows beautifully. They were able to find the problem with my (painfully outdated) unit and have it in working order within 30 minutes of their arrival. Carlos did everything he could to ensure he was operating within my best interes. Will definitely be subscribing to the yearly package to save on the services golden west provides.
