Staring with my initial call to Absolute Electrical Services talking with Michelle to the field technician Jesse this company is professional from top to bottom.I'm a local remodeling contractor and have struggled as of late with getting electricians to show up and these guys were on time and they were extremely efficient with my time and got the work done in a timely matter. I have had a terrible experience with WireNut. It's hard to believe how I've been treated, and won't ever call them again for anything.

They claim to have 24 hours service, but didn't answer the phone, nor return my call after leaving a message.

Chad was great. I called him to wire and install some fans in my house. One in an 18' ceiling and another right on the center of a peak in my ceiling. After getting a ridiculous quote from another company of $2,600, Chad came out and did it for a fraction of the price. Quick, Friendly, and Professional. Don't call the big box companies, Call Chad!

It occurred to me that my water heater was old and that I should replace it before it went out and potentially flooded the area. I contacted AAARK. As it turned out, my water heater was originally installed in 2002! They sent Chad out on 1/13/21 to give me a quote and he installed the new water heater on 1/14/21. Both times he called when he was on the way. He was on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He drained the old and lugged it out of the house, then brought the new one in, all single-handedly. He worked diligently and never took a break. He had all the tools and equipment needed to do the job. When he was finished, he showed me how to light the pilot light should the need arise, and then he cleaned up after himself. Thank you, Chad!

We are lifelong customers of Applewood for one very good reason. They are great. We have to to experience a bad technician and today was no exception. Punctual! Arrived promptly at the beginning of the service window. Thorough! Explained everything so my layman brain could understand. Polite! My mom is a senior & I'm a woman and more often than not we are seen as dollar signs instead of customers. Our technician took his time to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend them!

Marshall Gillespie was very profession and efficient when he helped us extend wiring and install some new outlets in our home. He worked quickly and was great about explaining how he was going to do things before diving into the work. We also needed a larger amp breaker installed for our hot tub and he got everything set up in under an hour. Worked perfectly!

No customer service. They have refused to service/repair a brand new AC/Heating unit. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. This has been a nightmare.
