I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Absolute came to rescue us after we couldn't get a ceiling fan installed on our own. Chris and Steven helped us understand how the wiring had been done poorly in the past and made sure we had safe, working system in the room. Little did we know that we had some dangerous wiring that could have caused problems and they even came back a second time to make sure it was right. Thanks to two great guys!

Cost me 200 dollars to have a switch replaced. My fault for not asking about their pricing before they came out. Took less than 10 minutes. Their minimum service charge is a lot more than other places. A friend of mine recommended them and I figured he wouldnt recommend a place that would rip me off. I was wrong. Called another company (after the fact unfortunately) and their basic service trip charge is 90 dollars. The standard is 90-100 and these crooks charge twice that. Use at your own risk.

Tim and his son David rewired our kitchen for a kitchen remodel two weeks ago. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. In fact their price was $1,000.00 less than a competitor's bid. We will be using them to finish our basement in the near future.

The evening of 2/14/2021 our furnace stopped working- the coldest day of the year (-10 !). We survived the evening but called 1st thing in the morning and they were able to send a tech out within 2 hours. Travis was the tech who came out. He was very polite and friendly. He quickly identified the problem (a high limit switch), put in a used part while he ran to the warehouse to get new part so our house would start to warm up, then returned and completed the repair.
I appreciate that Travis took extra time to explain that the MERV11 filters I were using were too restrictive for the furnace we have and had caused the issue with the high limit switch. He advised on the proper filter and left the area where he worked as clean as when he arrived. Additionally, the total cost of the repair was VERY reasonable and way less than I expected.
I would not hesitate to use AAARK again or recommend them to family and friends. I found out that Travis had given up his day off to come and work this day because of the backlog of service calls. My family and I are thankful for his sacrifice on this cold February day!

We have an old blower motor in an old condo that had some electrical issues. I called 5 different HVAC companies (3 of which came out to visit over a period of 10 days) and Frank was the only guy in the whole city that would even touch my unit after seeing it. He diagnosed & fixed the issue quickly & confidently and our AC is working good as new. I cannot recommend him enough!

We have been using Great Guys for the home services part of their business. Nick handles the handy man requests and he has been amazing! We have used him numerous times! I don't even know how to hang a picture and Nick has been super patient to do all the handyman repairs I've needed in my new home. He is absolutely a jack of all trades and has been wonderful to work with so far! I will keep using Nick and Great Guys, and I will recommend Nick to anyone who needs some handyman services!!

Mr. Johnson explained every step required to resolve a catastrophic valve failure that produced a lot of internal damage in our home. He was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient in making the repairs. My tech that did the service was Jim A.A+ service from him. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He did a fantastic job. He left the job making sure everything was sealed back up and cleaned. The whole expirence was comfortable and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.
