If you are looking for a trustworthy, professional company y for electrical work look no further . The level of service exceeded expectations. I normally don’t trust service workers in my home alone but felt very comfortable leaving the guys in my home while I leave for work . They were professional , clean and very honest . I would give them 10 stars ⭐️ if google would allow .

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly workers. It was more like a group of friends fixing my home than a group of strangers. The workers were very polite and easy to talk to. The work was done well and they brought in an extra crew to accommodate my limited amount of time available. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

Not enjoying my experience with this business so far. I had two men come out last week and look around my house for two hours, just to be able to tell me they have a good idea of what the problem is, but they need a tool that is back at the office and someone will reach out to me Monday to come out and finish the repairs. After no word on Monday and the majority of Tuesday I called shortly before 4 on Tuesday and was told by their answering service the office was closed, despite their website and Google page stating they are open until 5. I was told my message would be passed along and I'd receive a call today. I waited until 3 and again got no call. I called and once more got the answering service, who told me the office closes at 3. So far I have paid $300 to be told they think they know what the problem is and have had more conversations with their answering service than the actual company.

We used Empire Electric Inc., for our elderly mother. She needed work done to some electrical issues in her home, but we needed someone trustworthy and honest. She was beyond thrilled with the two electricians that came out. They were on time, professional, respectful and answered all of her questions with confidence and without hesitation. She will need more work done in the near future and we will only use them. We feel confident having them in her home. Very impressed.

Found out the previous homeowners had some illegal wiring done, Doug Allen came out, took a look at the problem and was very open and transparent with the work needed, permits and cost. Doug is a great technician with great customer service! I will give you a call whenever I have any electrical issues pop up.

Donna the first contact with the company was very nice and informative and placed me on the schedule a few days into the week ( wednesday) for the estimator Mike...a few days pass Donna call to say Mike is on the way..Mike arrives exactly ON TIME, look over the job, asks a few questions for a electrical change out at the box..did some math, called back to the shop for a few minutes, typed into a little hand held computer..discussed when and how' s related to the job like how long it would take etc..showed me the TOTAL COST.. and OFFERED A DATE OF COMPLETION..exhanged signatures and numbers etc..about a WEEK LATER Donna the secretary called and said the guys were loading the stuff for your location..about a hour went by ..the electrician shows up ON TIME..starts the electrical work, works quietly, cleans up the mess, EXPLAINS the completed work..LABELS THE PANEL.. ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS.. Thompson Electric has forever POSITIVELY changed the way I commonly had to deal with electricians..each highlighted word above is why I will continue to use THOMPSON ELECTRIC..thanks Donna, Mike, and Mikey...

I wanted so badly to he able to leave a 5 star review. Especially after the raving referral I got to use Lin's. It took two phone calls with voicemails with Missy and about three weeks to get them to call me and schedule an estimate. Lin was wonderful. Down to earth, professional, easy to talk to and the quote was priced very fairly. I was excited to set up the job and get started. Now over a month later and several attempted calls to get on the schedule I am STILL WAITING to hear back from them. The last time I called in I said, Please don't send me to the lady's voicemail. She doesn't call back. So they somehow connected me directly to her for her to answer and say, Please hold. After 10 minutes on hold I hung up. After meeting Lin I really wanted to spend my money with this company. But after dealing with the scheduling department it looks like Im back on the hunt for another.

I looked out the window and saw a guy with a backpack and a guy with a cloth lunch bag. I thought they were homeless, no, they were my electricians. They looked at my panel and said they found the problem and went to get parts to fix it. What they worked on did not resolve my problem. I called and told them this and they sent out two more guys the next day (they looked more professional and had tools with them). turns out, they could not figure out my problem either. So called again and for three days they said they would be back out, however they never came back. I called another company and with a glance, they diagnosed my problem (panel needed to be replaced) and had it fixed in one day. So dealing with Jax Electrical cost me two days of work and they could not figure out what the problem was. You be the judge as to whether you would use them or not.

Excellent job putting in a generator plug.The two young men very kind and polite. Highly recommend this company too on at least putting me on a schedule. Had four other companies didn't call back for a week. Definitely use ALL SERVICE ELECTRIC again!!!

I would not recommend very disorganized and unprofessional. Had an appointment window and the company was still late. Didn’t honor price quoted and wanted to charge more after giving me proposal. I wasted time dealing with them I wouldn’t recommend at all !!

Awesome company to work with. They were great in doing the electric on my new home along with being the middle man between me and my contractor. I would STRONGLY recommend them!
