Excellent work by Martin and team. They installed muliple fans, island bell pendent sets, nook pendant sets, 14 light chandelier set, 9 light chandelier and multiple fog LED light sets. They were always on time, very patient, did an incredible job and explained along the way with recommendations. I will recommend this company to everyone and you would not regret using their service. I called Burbank electric after I had saw a recommendation on the Facebook Marketplace for this company. I had two wall outlets go out in my older house over the weekend and one was connected to my 75 gallon fish tank. I needed that one up and running fast.

Rich from Burbank stopped by and fixed my issue and he did it quickly. If I have any other electrical issues Burbank electric is who I will call.

Joshua and Team always do a good job. This is the fourth or fifth time I have used him. I had them install landscape spotlighting and laid ground wires in my backyard. They are always professional and respectful and good value.

He did an excellent job with the repairing the circuit breaker panel we needed to get fixed . His service was exceptional as he was aware of what needed to be done right away and went to work right away . He did it in timely manner. We had one wall in our home that no longer had power - neither the outlets nor switches. After trying the usual things to fix it, I contacted quality electrical services. Since it was later in the day, they took my contact information and said they could come out the next day. They called promptly in the morning, confirmed the time to come, and kept checking in to let me know when they were on the way. Very professional and a great price, and my power is working again. I highly recommend!

We had Dependent Electric do an Electrical install on a Mobile Home.I told Bryan,the owner that the zoning wanted it to be a specfic way which meant relocating the wire FROM ABOVE GROUND to UNDERGROUND,Bryan said that the way zoning wanted it was not to code,and he would check on it.He came out the next day and installed the power under the old guidelines.I paid him in full the same day.Zoning showed up the next day for inspection AND IT FAILED because Bryan didn't do it to code.Dependent Electric said they would file for a variance,after 5 months of calls to Dependent Electric and no results Dependent Electric being told they had'nt heard anything, we find out Dependent Electric NEVER FILED FOR THE VARIANCE ,so 2 more months of going back and forth 7 months total the zoning FINALLY compromise simply because they had been to my home 5 times in that 7 months.Lesson learned,don't pay for service until it passes the inspection and then Dependent Electric will get it right to get paid.The quality of work Dependent Electric does is excellent,it was just done incorrectly and Dependent Electric didn't want to fix their mistake as it was already paid.I won't use them again
