Best Repair/Replace in Jacksonville FL

Danial Moody and Chris Padilla where very knowledgable and friendly and had excellent customer service skills. They where on time for their appointment and finished the job in a timely manner. I will use American Electrical again for any future needs. Also if you get the change ask personally for Danial and Chris to do the service on your home you won't be disappointed. It is hard to find a company with employees that are this good anymore.

I was so happy that Ron and Eric were able to resolve my electrical issues after a lightning storm wiped out the power to the back of my house. They were very efficient, knew their proffession, was courteous and didn't waist time getting the job done.

They are a bit overpriced and they charge a fee just to come out and give a quote. I contacted them after they performed work on my house because things worn't working as I expected them to. They installed a junction box and the black wire stayed live even when the switch was turned off, which caused me to receive an electric shock. I also have a ceiling fan that has been installed in for years, which will no longer turn off after they messed with our wiring.

I called them to discuss this and the person I spoke with to resolve the issue was very condescending and started to make up excuses and started to blame us for the possible mistake. They said they have been in business 20 years and they know what they are doing - so it was likely something we did.

Mistakes happen and are understandable. I am not saying the technician definitely made the mistake and I am not giving this bad review because of a possible mistake. I am giving it because of the way that they are already denying any accountability without even taking a second look and making up untruth's to cover up for it. The customer service for this business is horrible.

I feel like they should of come out free of charge to double check the work since we are having issues, but they would not guarantee that. Will never use again.

Matthew at R&R Electric is a true professional. He came to my house immediately addressed my issues and had everything done in record time. He even informed me why my electrical outlets quit working. He immediately replaced the outlet that was at fault and made sure it was done professionally .

I purchased a RV to live in 3 weeks ago. For the last 3 weeks I have had another electrician promise to come & hook me up. Every time he canceled & said I'll be there next week. I finally got frustrated & called Richard. He was here within 10 minutes & had me all set. ? Very professional, knowledgeable, gave me a quote prior to coming & went as far as to help me figure things out, as I am a first time RV owner. I can not thank them enough!! Pual with Jax Electrical is by far the greatest electrical contractor in Jacksonville. We've worked with them on multiple jobs and can always trust them to get the job done. They are one of the few companies that will actually come out to fix any warranty work too. Great all around company.

Josh came out today on time and very professional. I had another electrician that gave me a very high quote for this job. Josh was able to do this job in no time at all. I will definitely use them again as well as refer anyone needing an electrician to call McGuire

We had a lot of light fixtures installed inside and outside of our house requiring the two electricians to have to get in the attic in a hundred plus degrees. They did a great job and made sure we were okay with the way the light fixtures would look before installing them. They were courteous and professional and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. We intend to use them again in the future.

Michael did an outstanding job! He upgraded the electrical panel & installed an electric tankless water heater. He arrived & completed the work quickly, and ended up charging me significantly less than was originally quoted. Will definitely use his service again!

I am so glad I found Jack's Electric! The are a family-run local company with many years' experience. They came out the same day I called and fixed the issue promptly, professionally and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future!
