I had a finicky set of outlets. I troubleshot the issue and couldn't figure it out. I called Jack's at 1pm and he was at my house by 3:15 and we were fixed by 4. Great service and Jack is a really personable guy. 10/10 would recommend.

It's not easy to find an electrician that is local, responsive to regular homeowners, and helpful. Jack's team is all of these things. I caused an issue with one of my circuits and couldn't figure it out with researching online or tinkering on my own. A neighbor recommended Jack's and I was nervous they wouldn't be able to help with a small job. I left a message and received a call back (remember to turn on your ringer folks!) and they helped me immediately and were so very friendly. I have added Jack's to my phone and will use them in the future for larger jobs and will recommend them to all of my neighbors in St. Johns County.

After being stood up by 3 other electricians, I found Jack's. These guys are the best! Jack and his sons did all the electrical work for an extensive remodel in our home. They were very professional, knowledgeable and worked great with the other contractors during our renovation. They moved and added several outlets, added dimmers, installed light fixtures, installed an air switch for the garbage disposal and installed our under counter lighting. They went above and beyond all expectations. They took their time to answer all my questions, troubleshoot problems and offer great solutions and ideas. They explained everything they were doing and were a breeze to communicate with. They always arrived on-time and cleaned up after themselves. Their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work they preform. I highly recommend Jack's Electric and will definitely use them again if I need any electrical work!

I used Jack and Marcus in the past and they were timely, and did a great job installing a heated towel rack in my bathroom. I called today and Jack walked me through some things on the phone and saved me a service call that was easy as the push of a button!

Jack is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, honest and reliable. I had many items, on my punch list. He took care of all items. Installed can lighting, new fans, repaired panel. I am extremely pleased with his work, and will use again!

Jack and his sons were referred to me in the fall of 2020. They have exceeded my expectations on a variety of important in-home electric installations. For example, my recent punch list includes: doorbell fix, ceiling fan install, outdoor motion light install, flat screen TV mount and outlet install (two) and an over the stove microwave install. Yeah, these fellows know what they’re doing and are very professional. That’s it, been very happy.

I work for a small business and called Jack’s Electric based on a quick google search I did to see if we could help them out with smoke alarms since my company is a vendor for them, and the lady I spoke with was extremely rude, said to take them off my “list” and hung up on me abruptly. Would not recommend.

The GFI for my garage circuit kept kicking because my outside fridge was on it. They quickly came and were able to add a new breaker for the fridge AND give me a couple more outlets in my garage! Good family run business!

I was very pleased with their service. I have had issues with circuits breaking every time I turned on my hair dryer. They reconfigured some of the plugs to different circuits and I have not had a problem since. Would very much recommend this company.
