Best Repair/Replace in Jacksonville FL

I have used this company for the past three years and am a property manager couldn’t be more pleased with the service Christi has always been very helpful awith making sure things are scheduled with my tenants and taken care of in a timely manner

Dexter came out was very helpful, I don’t have a sewage drain access and they don’t go on roofs anymore so we didn’t go with them but he explained everything really well and was upfront about the prices and what they would and wouldn’t be able to do.

A late arrival for my appointment, but reconciled quickly and discounted for the inconvenience. Very professional and reasonable, despite some of the reviews you might see on here. I think from management to technician, Mr. Rooter plumbing of Jacksonville FL is a five star business. Happy to be your repeat customers for over 4 years. Thank you!

Just needed a service call as a precaution, for issues we were not sure about yesterday. Loule came out and checked our concerns, and found no issues. Have used Turner before when we had issues with our tankless water heater. We really like Loule and at this point would want to continue to call on Turner for any issues in the future.

Ed from the service team came to site and did everything in his power to help me resolve the issue without having to replace the toilet. We ended up replacing it, but was very helpful, communicative and clean. Highly recommended!!!

Called the night before I was so worried about the leak and the next morning they were their at 0900 with a comforting arrival very polite and assuring. The job was completed successfully and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable reasonable and excellent plumber.

Called to have my pump inspected and they said it would be 1500. Called another place and they replaced the pump for 650.

Very conscientious and professional. They located abs repaired a leak under asphalt drive. I was out of state at the time and they kept me in the loop. Great company

They were fast, efficient, professional and paid attention to details. Did a great job cleaning up. Now I can complete my bathroom renovation. I will only use Letto Plumbing from now on. DWV Plumbing is awesome! I noticed my shower leaking last night. Rushed to find a plumber. Called them this morning and they thankfully were able to come out in just a couple of hours. They were fast and professional! Luckily it was just the shower arm. They had the part with them and replaced it quickly. Will use them again for any plumbing needs! Their tech James came out and this is the second Ac company I have called in the last 4 days. The first told me he could find nothing wrong. James actually took the time to listen to what I was telling him. He didn't find too much issue with our ac other than the coils being disgusting. Even after he found that that was most likely our issue he still did a few more tests and found our vents were also causing an issue. He then went around the house and checked all the vents. He actually seemed as though he cares and didn't try to tell us a thousand things were wrong when they really weren't. I have a couple other companies in the past do this. Terry the lady who answered the phone was just as wonderful. She made sure I knew when we had one call ahead of us and was polite and kind on the phone. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs their plumbing, heating or air conditioning fixed.

Was overcharged for the time they spend to do my plumbing work, while I provided everything, sink, faucets etc for all bathrooms and kitchen, they came unprepared, had to run out on my dime to get supplies to do the job. They worked 4.5 hours to the tune of $95.00 but I was charged $650.00. I am a Senior on a limited income and was overcharged over $220.00, shame on them. Wrote a letter to the owner, will see what comes of it. That is just outrageous and highway robbery. Cannot recommend them and will not hire them, even my church members recommended them, I will let everyone know what they did to me. Reported to the BBB, no answer from owner

We had a water heater go bad on a Saturday. We expected to pay a fortune for a weekend call but were treated very fairly. Super friendly and professional. Could not be more happy with this company.

Excellent work, but prices were higher than the rest! They did, however get to me right away!

Had a leak in my backflow assembly. Rob got me scheduled for the next day. Matt and Kenny were on time, polite and fixed my leak promptly. The cost of the repair was VERY reasonable. I certainly would recommend them if you need this type of service.
