Chris and Cooper recently came to our house to install a dining room fixture. As always, they were prompt, efficient and professional and got the job done quickly. We are always happy with the work provided by American Electrical.

Very prompt, both electrical and plumbing technicians came the same day I called, actually with in two hours of the call. They quickly completed jobs, cleaned the work surface, accepted coupons from their site, with no hassle.

Very bad experience! Disorganized bunch! Made an appointment with me rather fast; so I canceled my trip and rushed across town to meet the estimator Bryce.....appointment was at 11:30, I waited until 11:46 to call the office and nobody knew anything??? I was told I'd get a call back, I waited onsite until 12:05, finally giving up in disgust. Later on a lady from the office called and left a message that he wouldn't be able to come; that he was on his way to Orange Park. Seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Very disorganized company.

Giving them a 4 because original inspection failed in 2018 and follow up was not done.However, in 2021, while our plumber tried to get an inspection, it was discovered. Another electrical inspection was ordered for the next day by Mister Sparky. It failed, but someone arrived to correct it within the hour. It passed.Grateful for their making it right that very day!

Our experience has been very good with Bolt Electric. We used them for adding outlets in our garage a while back. Recently we had some light fixtures changed out. Both times arrived when stated, work was done. Prices seem reasonable. Would highly recommend.

I had some under cabinet lighting installed. Keith did exactly what was stated on the quote. He is a true professional and does great work. He is very throughout so I knew exactly what was going to be done from start to finish. Any debris that was left after drilling he was very adiment about cleaning it up. Absolutely fabulous! Super nice guys. Repaired my issue with the wire connection for my pump/sprinkler system. I also hired them to install my security cameras. They were here for HOURS and crawling around in the attic space installing new receptacles and ensured they all worked. They cleaned up after themselves and did not damage anything (as I've experienced with other companies). Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend and will hire again and again as needed.

The two technicians that were here were kind, professional, and very quick! I really appreciated that they explained the issue in a way that I could understand without being condescending. They fixed the issue quickly and made what had been a stressful situation an easy solution. I also really appreciate that they were able to come out the same day I called. Hired R&R based on recommendation of someone I know. They came out within a couple of days (wasn't an emergency). They were fast and efficient and knew what they were doing. I'd recommend them to a friend.

We are in Nassau county and Last Sunday our panel was getting hot and actually started smoking. Burbank Electric came out that day(on a Sunday) and got us running! Today they replaced and upgraded our entire panel. They are very professional, knowledgeable and the work is amazing!
