Electrician Scott Tucker is excellent. He fixed a situation not fixed and left by another smaller company. He never demeaned their work just got to the task.Definitely will schedule future needs with him if he is available.

Tyler from Mr. Sparky was absolutely amazing. He helped me out with many different aspects of a big project. He was always on time, efficient and very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m very thankful that he was on this project.

I would recommend contacting American Electric for all of your electric wants, needs or projects. Wesley was my electrician who arrived on time and installed two ceiling fans within an hour. He provided excellent customer service explaining how the ceiling fans would operate with the light switches and remote controls; he offered feedback and estimates on how long it would take to install side lights outside of our garage and was just an overall polite individual. American Electric was the only company that I contacted requesting to have ceiling fans installed and I am glad that I chose to select them as my electrical company as I will be contacting them for more projects in the future. Highly recommend American Electric!!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. We needed a panel replaced and they were very nice and easy to work with! Very accommodating on dates and times. I would highly recommend them!

They are irresponsible , they treated me badly as a client, I sent them some plans to quote me and they told me they were going to do it, I told them that it was time sensitive because I had up to one specific day to quote, every day I called them and They said they called me back and never did, at the end they never gave me the quote and I lost the contract
I lost two weeks calling them every day, when I could have contacted another contractor if they had been sincere from the beginning

I made an appointment several weeks ago, and on the morning of my appointment they call and say they over booked and don’t have anything available until the 25th-3 weeks out. This is so unprofessional and the woman had zero remorse for this issue.

Quality work at a reasonable price. From the time I was given the price through the install, nothing but excellent customer service. We had a Federal Pacific panel for years. These are fire prone panels and the insurance companies will not insure them. Gary at Apple quoted us a great price and it was installed within a few weeks. Great people. Great customer service!
