It took 4 visits from this company to address the issues we called for. I would like to acknowledge the professionalism of Lynnell Williams and Caleb, who made sure the electrical issues were actually resolved. The 5-star review I am giving is for these two technicians, not the company. If a job is not done on the first visit, the same crew should be sent back to finish the job since they’re already familiar with the initial work done. Sending different teams/technicians to resolve an open job only complicates the process.

Both technicians (Buckie and Ryan) were professional and pleasant to work with. They completed the work and cleaned up each area before leaving. I am very satisfied with the work completed. Thank you!

Service was performed this morning and the problem was fixed. However, when I was quoted the price it was for an hour of work and then priced in increments of half hour if more time is needed. They charged for an extra half hour even through they were not here longer than an hour and told my daughter it was because of drive time, etc. When I was quoted the price it was DEFINITELY stated that the price began when they knocked at the door and that travel time was not charged. Shame on me. I should have required a written quote. Just don't make the same mistake as I did. It won't happen again.

I called them at 915pm Thursday and had someone on site the next day . Brandon with Mr Sparky was right on time, very knowledgeable, polite and respectful. Not to mention, he was able to diagnosis the issue and fix it right then and at a reasonable price.I will use them again and recommend this company to every body.Thank you for great customer service!

I highly recommend GNH. I had a small residential job handled and the first 3 companies I called couldn't schedule for a a whole week out. My irrigation was on the tripped circuit so my grass would be long gone by then. I called GNH and they were able to come out the same day I called. Doug was professional, explained what he would do and how much it would cost. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and did it for a very fair price. Friendly...Fast...Fair, I'll call them for all my electrical problems in the future!

Thompson Electric are true professionals. As a landlord, they worked directly with my tenant to get the job done, even when there was a setback and the job had to be rescheduled. They left me with no worries and more time to take care of other matters. They kept communication open, either by phone, text or email; not as antiquated as some other companies that still only have fax. You will not be disappointed if you hire them for your future electrical needs.

They worked hard to ensure my request for adding an outlet was fulfilled despite many obstacles in my old house! They took the time to listen to my concerns and did a great job!

All of the employees at Burbank Electric always go above and beyond to help my wife and I. Since the first time we called a few months back, they have always been kind, helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Every time we have called they are always quick to come by our home.
We recently called them again for an issue we were having with our microwave and they were extremely helpful. It's mid November, so we are very grateful they were able to come by so quickly before Thanksgiving. Excellent Customer Service Every Time!!!!
