Do not use these people!!!!!! Unreliable. We called and made an appointment two days ago. They gave us a two hour window period 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.. My husband took off from work to meet them. At 1:30 p.m. no phone call-nothing. So my husband called them. They said they would have someone call us back. Guess what no one called us back, so my husband finally called again. This lady took his phone number and said she would call him back. She did call him back but to tell him that they would not be able to keep the appointment. We understand things do not always go as planned, but call your customer and let them know. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Brent H and his partner was prompt, professional, clean and very friendly. One of the task they were assigned to do was putting up (2) ceiling fans which had 2 different color blades Before he installed them he asked me which color I wanted. I have never left a review until now. I will use this company again!

Family owned business - I've known them for several years and they are wonderful people with wonderful services!

These people are awful! They require a 4 hour wait window. When I called 2 hours into it, they rudely told me they would call me when they were on their way. The person got there 15 minutes after the 4 hour window given. Was there 45 minutes, took down 4 light fixtures, found the problem to be an OUTLET, and we gave them the part to use to replace it. They did the work without quoting the price and they charged me $198. The tech said he would email the receipt, which he never did. I called back soon after he left to verify what the $198 covered because my fiancé (who was the one home) did not know if they did or did not charge their service fee of $95, the receptionist (Kylie is her name) was once again rude. Told me she would have to wait for the tech to come in and that she would call me the next day, which she never did. I had to take more of my time to call them again to ask for a copy of the receipt and was told that Mr. Thompson would call me back. Keep in mind I work so when he called back I could not take the call. I returned the call only to be told that there wasn't anything they could do, and he didn't think there was anything he could do to make me happy. He was condescending, rude and totally dismissive of any of my concerns about the way I was treated as a customer. He actually told me that he thinks arriving 15 minutes late should not have been an issue for me and that I have unrealistic expectations if I thought that was unacceptable. Really, Fred? Everyone has a choice in life and I will certainly not choose to do business with these awful people again. I would keep looking if you are considering using these people.

Brandon showed up on time (texted that he was on his way first) and replaced my meter can. Ran into a few problems because this is an older house. Solved those and got everything repaired even though the job took a lot longer than planned. Even had to wait out a few downpours in the garage before he could finish. Helped me troubleshoot another electrical issue during that time so I am scheduling him to come back in a few weeks and fix that too!

The owner even stopped by to bring extra supplies that were unexpectedly needed due to the new issues that popped up so that Brandon could keep working.

All of the employees at Burbank Electric always go above and beyond to help my wife and I. Since the first time we called a few months back, they have always been kind, helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Every time we have called they are always quick to come by our home.
We recently called them again for an issue we were having with our microwave and they were extremely helpful. It's mid November, so we are very grateful they were able to come by so quickly before Thanksgiving. Excellent Customer Service Every Time!!!!

I’ve used All Service Electric twice for installion of an outlet in a closet , wired a switch under a sink for a disposal, and installed a generator outlet under the breaker box. Both times All Service was on time, completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned up the job area, and charged a fair price. Next time I need electrical work, I’ll call All Service Electric!

We had to rewire our 1970s house from aluminum wiring for the sell of our home. We called Michael on a Tuesday, he came out to inspect same day, and then got started on the work on Friday. Very responsive and great quality work. We really appreciate his expertise, response time, and quality work so we can move onto the sell of our home. Thanks Michael!

I would not recommend very disorganized and unprofessional. Had an appointment window and the company was still late. Didn’t honor price quoted and wanted to charge more after giving me proposal. I wasted time dealing with them I wouldn’t recommend at all !!

I was having a partial power outage with no tripped breakers. Josh seemed very busy and didn’t have time to fully troubleshoot. He ends up resetting a gfi that was on a different circuit and the power ended up randomly coming back on. Didnt actually replace or repair anything and charged me $200. Now my power has gone out 2x since then.

I called set up to get an estimate and never received the email to send the photos. I called back thinking I might of given the wrong email address and have not received a return call.
I used them a few times in the past and loved their service and customer service. I will not use them or refer them again.

On Wed. Feb 24th I saw one of Schuman Electric's work vehicles drive right past a stopped school bus that had its red flashing lights on. After I got to work I emailed them via the email on their website to notify them of what I saw and they apparently don't care enough to respond. If they have workers that don't care about the safety of school children and the company doesn't care enough to respond when notified of it, I am sure they don't care about doing their job right. Please don't use this company.

I don't have anything against smoking pot, but I would if it was my employees driving around with their girlfriends in my company vehicles smoking out in the open like yours do (:
