He explained every step of the process and showed me the tools and parts I needed to fix the problem in the future. Although I will never attempt to fix any plumbing issue myself, he presented as a very honest and reliable person. I'm am so happy to have found and this outstanding company. Mistakes Happen. How You Fix Them Is What Counts!I have been a customer of Metro-Rooter for many years. They have always gone above and beyond to do a great job. The other day they badly dropped the ball. Completely missing a very important repair appointment. These things happen. But I was very upset. Reached out to Donna in their office. She was understanding, and concerned. Most importantly she worked on the solution and delivered a result that was more than fair. You rarely find people as nice and courteous as her.

Donovan has handled our A/C service for several years after transferring our business to them from another provider. They have always been extremely professional, on time, and competent in work quality. Rod did a great job for us today and we have never had an inexperienced serviceman from Donovan.

Our toilet broke and would not flush. Best Jacksonville Plumbers helped us with it, and they were cheap compared to the other plumbers. Will use them again if we have another plumbing issue.

Most capable contractor in North Florida

This is the slowest bunch of people ever. They left a 10 foot long hole in my front yard for over a week. I have small grand kids and this was an extreme hazard . The work was done but they never finished and covered the hole. A 2 day job took over 2 weeks. Monday the worker showed up at 10am, work 1 hour, went for more parts, finally came back at 1:30 and worked for 1.5 hours and left. He was suppose to finish today, suppose to be here at 9 but didn't show up until after 10 am, they work 1.5 hours, went to lunch at 11:30 and didn't come back until 2:30 (3 hour lunch). They are VERY over priced for the Quality of work. I will NEVER use them nor would I recommend them to anyone. A 2 day job took over 2 weeks. I lost over 7 days of vacation for a 2 day job. HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!

Removed my original review. It was factual. Beckwith Plumbing did not properly remove and replace the piping that was to be removed and replaced from my home in May to June of 2018. They left old pieces around the property, left the drainage pipes untouched, but left some with tape over bad connections. The seller of my home hired them with my money to purchase the home. I should have pushed for someone else to do the work. They kept a key to my home without my permission, as I had locked all doors a day before they came back to work (even though they argued they were done). When I arrived to meet them in the home, a worker was already working on the kitchen sink. When I asked how he got in, he claimed the door was open. I changed the locks after they almost finished. Since the closing on my home depended on finalizing the work, I agreed to stop the work. My sink leaked when I moved in. I fixed it myself. I had posted pictures, two appear to still show on their review board.
