Extremely knowledgeable and professional electricians. They are good listeners and most of all their work is solid and neat.

Totally disagree with previous review.
First, had a lightning strike which blew out a GFI outlet. Allen repaired the same day! He was professional, provided quality & expert service and very courteous! 5 Stars!
Second, Joe & Johnny came out to wire a generator. Again, they were expert, thorough and, also, very courteous! 5 Stars, again!
In both cases, the jobs were done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost!
So, two 5 star ratings = 10 stars!!! ??????????

I would highly suggest using another electrician. The quality of work is terrible and the level of professionalism is even worse. The owner of the company had unlicensed contractors working on the job and Walked off the job without finishing the scope of work and fixing items that were working properly before they showed up on site. Worst Electrician in Jacksonville.

Received electrician service (today) from 1 professional and 1 rookie. From 10am - 3pm (a little before 3pm), but was charged five and a half hours of work for $125 an hour plus $40 in parts.
The professional ran (new) wires to an electrical outlet and hung 3 fans from 10am - to about 2:30pm.
The rookie hung 2 fans (in 2 rooms that were already pre-wired) and attempted to diagnose another fan that was tripping my breaker from 10am - 3pm.
Paying $125 an hour I should have had 2 professionals. Having 2 professionals, the work would have been completed in 3 and a half hours at the most. Even though the guys were very nice, I can't give 5 stars due to the fact I feel I was over charged.

Update: Next day they had to come back out and fix ALL the fans the rookie worked on.
- A light would not come on, on one of the fans
- One fan was making loud noise when switched on
- One fan needed to be balanced

Yet.. I was charged for professional service at $125 an hour

I still don't understand how I get charged for 5 1/2 of work ... I guess this company screws over females needing work done to their home

These guys are fantastic! Efficient, knowledgeable, quick response, great communication, extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Definitely will use again and would recommend.
