Outstanding service and support for the installation of a Generac home generator for my house. Caleb in particular was an outstanding service agent for American electrical. All the folks in American Electrical were extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process. They handled everything with aplomb. Strongly recommend American Electrical for your generator installation and servicing needs.

Technicians came, plugged and unplugged a couple of cords, told me what the problem was, told me how I could fix it myself, spent 15 minutes, charged $227. When I called about the amount, was told we don't work on time any more. Be apprised. They charge for talking to you. And not the $80 fee they told me about.

Had a great experience with Ram from Quality Electrical. He was running a little behind our scheduled time but he called to let us know the updated arrival time (which wasn’t that much later than the original time -certainly well within what’s usual for this type of service). He understood what we wanted, did a thorough job and explained the answers to all our questions. Very happy to recommend and will use again in the future if the need arises.
