Best Electrical Wiring in Jacksonville FL

I had American Electrical upgrade my wiring for a new higher amp cook top. With having an older house, Lynnell and Caleb were able to rewire even though there were issues with support studs in the wall preventing them from easily running the wire. lynnell gave me options on how it could be done, which worked out well. Lynnell and Caleb were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Even with the added work, American Electrical honored the original quote for the work. I would highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs.

I have used David Gray Electrical services twice and have been happy both times. The technicians that came out were professional, friendly and knowledgable. Provided a quote and explained in detail the work that needed to be done.

I had a bad experience with the owner of the company and would not recommend them based on the way he treated me. They gave us an estimate for a simple job and we questioned the quote bc the estimate seemed like a long amount of labor. We were told the job would take 2 hours of work and it was $100 an hour plus parts. The job was easily finished in less then an hour with no trouble. They still wanted to charge me the inflated price that was clearly quoted wrong on the time the job would take. I spoke with the owner and told them I was not paying for extra time that wasn’t spent and he immediately became rude and combative and said people like you try to get a cheaper price after. I explained I didn’t want a cheaper price I wanted to pay for the hours they worked. After being completely disrespected and yelled at by him he agreed to charge me a lower price. This was a very terrible experience and will not use them again. It was one thing to have a misunderstanding, but to be talked to like I am a terrible person and treated like that will not be tolerated. I felt like they over quoted the time by a lot to make more money off the small job.

We had an emergency situation with no power - the scheduler got someone to our house quickly to assess the situation, Mike came out to see us and understood the need to get things fixed quickly and made it happen by moving his day around, working late, and bringing in more help. Everyone I communicated with was helpful and kind and went above and beyond. Will definitely keep them in mind whenever someone asks for an electrician recommendation.

I called American Electric at 8 this morning, and they were able to get to my home by 10. This was just in time to get a few ceiling fans hung before my party this evening . Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I highly recommend this company!!

You have a customer for life! I called they were at my house in 10 mins. Gave it to us straight quoted a price, made the appointment pulled the permit. Mike came the next day with a hurt hand and fixed us up. I am overjoyed, and will always use bolt from here on out! Thanks guys ❤️❤️⚡️⚡️⚡️

They are awesome to deal with from the initial call to the service itself. Got the appointment and estimate from Dave. They have a great texting and photo messaging platform that allows them to give a very accurate estimate. And they were even able to schedule same-day service.
Once on-site, Scott and Danny were awesome! They were fast and coordinated as a team. They also helped me out with a couple outlets that weren’t working. Once they finished, they explained thoroughly what they repaired/serviced. And they were more than fair with the price. This is was an emergency repair, but I plan on doing quite a bit electrically to the house so I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend GNH. I had a small residential job handled and the first 3 companies I called couldn't schedule for a a whole week out. My irrigation was on the tripped circuit so my grass would be long gone by then. I called GNH and they were able to come out the same day I called. Doug was professional, explained what he would do and how much it would cost. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and did it for a very fair price. Friendly...Fast...Fair, I'll call them for all my electrical problems in the future!

I was in a bind after I drilled through a dryer cable which took out the power to the house. I contacted Burbank from a recommendation from a different electrician. I got same day service, Richard showed up earlier than expected and it was done quickly.
He was able to splice my wires and get the electricity back on within an hour. Very friendly and professional attitude. I will recommend this company to everyone that O come in contact with.
