I have been doing business with Advanced Electric for quite some time now, I am very pleased with their work ethic‘s. I would definitely recommend them, there is not one need that I have requested that they haven’t been able to fulfill, they are very professional and they listen to the customers needs and no matter how big or small the task is, they aim for customer satisfaction, they’re very honest, when asking them if it’s worth doing. I will absolute be using them for my future electrical work. Mr. Bill, and his crew are very reliable, professional, and trustworthy.

Wesley and Daniel showed up within an hour of calling. They were very honest and professional. They troubleshot every connection until they were 100% sure where the problem was and then fixed it all within an hour’s time. This is the first time I’ve had to hire an electrician and I’m glad I got it right the first time! American electric will be my forever electricians! Thank you guys so much!

Scott and Joe found the problem in no time and explained what caused the outlet to burn out and how to prevent it in the future. They were both very knowledgable, courteous, and helpful. I really appreciate all that they did to help.

Well, I've had what will be 3 services and still a washer that won't drain. I was fed wrong info by the tech per Whirlpool and I believe he tried to blame user error than fix this thing. My warranty will only hire them and it looks like I'll be calling them weekly until someone does something.

On 04/16/19 I had my A/C replaced and the company used two guys from GNH electric to put in the new thermostat. The main guy (I talked so much didn't ask his name, sorry) was so professional and very educated not only with electrical issues but degrees and life situations that I was amazed! I always ask questions which he answered with such knowledge we actually got into personal issues. He was around 38 single dad and if I was anyone in his family I told him I was proud of him as a person and in dealing with servicing people. He went beyond what he was there for, helped & explained a couple of little things I needed done. He deserves to have his own business because of the person he is. I am sorry I didn't get his name but rarely do I have such a professional person come in to fix something. Thank you for taking the time to explain like you did. If I ever need anything electrical done in the area I will call and ask for him...if he hasn't moved on to something he'll be happy doing in his life.

Thompson Electric has skilled electricians. They installed and replaced several switches and a ceiling canister lights satisfactorily. The work was completed in a reasonable time.

We had a power outage late Saturday evening. After many attempts to contact lo al electricians, Burbank was the only one that responded. They were onsite in 30 minutes and were able troubleshoot and restore power in 15 minutes. Great job Burbank!

My church ministry hired these guys after JEA told us the process of getting utilities on after the place being non vacant for 1 year. they stated I needed a Safety Inspection that required a permit being pulled. I called and told them exactly what was required and they said they would do it. they supposed to had waited on me before doing any inspection but went in and viewed it without pulling the required permit and as I told them I needed first. They didn't even give me a list until I told them over the phone but got my payment of $250.00. I complained to them that it had been a week and I didn't get any list emailed to me or the city. They sent the list but stated at the bottom they are the only one's that could do the job. they also stated that they were not going to pull a permit especially after that's what my $250.00 was for. They lastly said that I would have to pay an additional $840.00 before the job started or a permit was pulled. I recommend that no one uses this company, the 5 stars on here is false or had to be when they were under different management because this unprofessional company is just that unprofessional.

Hired Howard electric to run a power line for a new septic system. Kenny and 2 other guys came out, right on time, and did a great job. Very professional! They explained everything and even fixed a few other minor issues. I would strongly recommend this company!

Mike was Amazing!! Not only did he come to our rescue when our breaker went out, on a weekend, he replaced the whole electrical panel at a price that was way cheaper than any of the competitors! With everything going on right now with the economy and inflation you can NOT find that. He was pleasant, professional, and courteous in a way that I did not feel like I was talking to an electrician, but someone I had known for years. He kept me updated every step of the process and managed to complete the job in 3 hours. Much faster than what some name - brand companies could do. Sometimes you can't please everyone, but Mike even went the extra mile to tighten our junction box so that water would not get into it. Something other companies would charge $100 just to do in 5 minutes. I would give him six stars if I could!

Josh and his team was absolutely amazing! I called many electrical companies and found Hubbard electrical contracting. Josh was very knowledgeable and was to my home within an hour. He explained everything in detail and had my problems fixed Immediately! He really care and was very reasonably priced! I highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone!
