I can’t say enough wonderful things about Phoenix Home Remodeling! I love my new bathroom. The whole team is incredibly professional, and each person on it excels in their area of expertise. Jeremy has established a wonderful system and provides so much valuable information and I love the software system he uses. I always felt well-informed, and my questions and requests were responded to quickly. Jason, the Designer, took my few ideas and came up with a design that was both beautiful and highly functional. The guys who did the work – Ben, Mark, Garin and all of the others - worked so hard, their work was perfection, and before they left every day, the area was clean and organized. I’ve heard of people so tired of having workers in their house and problems associated with remodels, but these guys were so great, professional and the whole process was so easy and went so fast! Macey was very knowledgeable and wonderful to talk to. She was honest and answered all my questions. Staff called every week up until the install to relay status of my project. I had my tub taken out and replaced with a walk-in shower. Looks wonderful. Very spacious and modern. Install only took 1 day. Installers, Todd and Darren were polite, clean, and showed up on time. They did a great job. Cost was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I feel it was definitely worth it. The process was so simple, compared to other companies I received quotes from. Definitely recommend Jacuzzi.

The team at Homework Remodels are the consummate professionals. From the beginning of the process, Steve and his teams quality of work & attention to detail were superb. The design team worked with me to ensure every idea was developed fully, and the follow through & workmanship was fantastic. We had 2 small bathrooms converted from bathtub/shower to walk-in showers. Aaron was our salesman & he went above & beyond to make this remodel as smooth as possible. He not only helped us choose the materials but he also helped me shop for other needed accessories. Then he hooked us up with a absolutely phenomenal installer. Clay was our main installer. He was so awesome. Very respectful of our home. He work is just simply the best! Again he went above & beyond! I would recommend Re-bath to anyone. Omar the project manager was also dynamic. There was a snag but between Omar & Clay their solution was totally agreeable. We just love our new bathrooms & the time frame that was given to us when the projects were completed was exact!

We have had both our Kitchen and just now our Master Bath remodeled by Sunset, and are very happy with the results. We worked with Audra on both projects, and she did a great job designing spaces that were both beautiful and functional. We especially appreciate that their workmen showed up on time, and were respectful of our home. We may even have to move so that we can find a reason to do another project with them.?

It was a great pleasure with all of the people who work with Aquatub. Derek answered all called immediately. He recommended outside sources on countertops to keep cost down.

We hired Holtzman a year ago to do 3 large projects in our home. We remodeled our bathroom and included a steam unit, added cabinetry throughout the house, and added a nice shiplap accent wall and fireplace in our family room. I want to give a shout out to Will, the supervisor, who took this project under his wing and made sure every detail was covered and the job was done right from the beginning. I couldn't be happier about how things turned out and we are loving everything they did. If I have more projects, I am calling Holtzman and you should too! If you get Will as your supervisor, that is a huge bonus!

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

Mike came to my home and we discussed the making of my Master bathroom. He attentively listened to my needs + wants, while also executing a design plan that I envisioned. His team is courteous, professional and punctual. I appreciated their neatness and overall workmanship. I am highly pleased with the final result, their craftsmanship is truly unbeatable!

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

What a great experience from beginning to end. Fast and right in our price range. The technicians were very thoughtful and considerate in our home. We love our new windows and would definitely refer Optum to my friends and family.

Mike is a very good sales representative, first of all he’s very easy too, talk to, down to earth, he knows what he’s talking about, it was like a 101 class on Re/Bath more than likely I will have Re-Bath do the job.
