From start to finish, this shower remodel was excellent. We got price quotes from a few different places and Allure just had the right crew and professionalism to make our choice easy, John and his crew are very professional and they truly want to make sure you love what you get. They provide all of the recommendations you need to get your dream shower. We converted our stand alone bath tub and shower into one big shower. It is a spa-like now with extra attention to details you can only get from a professional. I would highly recommend them.

We loved Phoenix Home remodeling. They gave us a three week estimate to completely redo our kitchen - from demo to rebuild. They had it completed in 1.5 weeks! They truly care about their work and their customers and it showed throughout the entire process.

This was supposed to have a bench seat. Unfortunately the designer either measured wrong or was only interested in the sale because had it been installed there would be a very small space between the seat and the toilet making it difficult to get into the shower. He also said that the panel would come out almost to the edge of the wall fixing the issue where the baseboard was. You can see it doesn't. I was supposed to get a call about the seat the next day after installation. Never got a call. I called them and asked if we could just swap the seat for a door since they were close on price. Person on the phone had no authority to say so he went to find someone who did. Eventually someone picked up the phone. He proceeded to tell me he had to charge a restocking fee but was willing to waive it since I wanted a door but he wouldn't swap it out. The difference was minimal and could have easily been absorbed. Customer is king is the phrase used at the business I work for. Clearly it isn't theirs. My bath looks good but it could have been much better and they could have had a loyal customer who would highly recommend them. I will say that the installer Tommy and his crew were amazing.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I was over charged, for cheap plastic finishings. I am still in the process of repairing what was done myself since the company ghosted me back in December of 2022. They keep asking for a survey which I find interesting, since they know my experience. I got tired of the SPAM and so here is my honest experience. The corp office is even worse that the franchise I worked with, they could care less and just hung up on me.

Ray was an absolute delight to work with! He was professional, clean, and goes out of his way to build a relationship with you so that you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way! Top operation. The quality of product and the company is beyond the 5 stars. From the moment I met the sales man till I said goodbye to the install guys, it couldn't have gone any better or professional. They walked me through everything and some of it more than once. They're a great group of people and I love the product. Wish I had bought sooner!!

Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. I waited a bit to review just to make sure the glazing coat didn't peel or chip, but it has been a few months and my tub still looks brand new. My bathtub was previously pink and the glaze refinish is white. I think the work was excellent. The refinisher came on time and was polite & professional. He completed the job and there were no problems. No strong scent or odor. I would def rec to anyone considering this company or service in Phoenix AZ

Upon a bathroom remodel we wished done, we called Legacy Design. At first the lady Beth was very helpful. Going through ways to save but knew what we wanted. Our job was not big at all just a simple shower remodel to a walk in for an older woman who needed it.

We set up the appointment. My schedule is very tight and my time like anybodies is very valuable. Well they pretty much completely did not show. The next day Beth apologized and took requirements for the remodel and said she would call me back with an estimate as making it out that day would be impossible with such a busy day she can't even make up for missing out on an scheduled appointment but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt.

She called back but this time her tone was different. She was not as cheery as before and sounded like she was making excuses for us to not want to take the job or a reason. by giving an outragous estimate nearly 3x the amount that other experienced contractors were offering for the bid and a reason for her guys not to make an actual appointment to give us a real estimate.. I asked her to send me the estimate via email and said she would get it to me and I would have called her back after I reviewed it. Never received the email nor follow up call.

Even though our job was small, they all start somewhere and referrals, word of mouth, go along way in adding business. I can not recommend this business as its product may be amazing as I am sure it is, but its service is disappointing.

My husband, mother in law and myself absolutely love all of the features and the benefits of what this luxurious bathtub has to offer. I thank Lisa and Joe for their amazing customer service. Danny has skin cancer, mother in law is 82 and me after a long day at work, well we are all enjoying the jets. There is only one set back and I need a bigger water tank. I like my water hot. I only have a standard size tank.
