Jeremy was very punctual, polite and thorough. This is a family run business and they strive to make sure you are happy with their customer service and their product. They’ve exceeded expectations.

Its been a great experience with the technicians. They listen and do such a great job at educating us with things they see. We had an issue with scorpions and we haven’t seen any since they keep coming.

Tyler's one of the best people we've hired at our house. He's gone above and beyond. The value is good too.

Best pest control we have ever used. We always refer our family, friends and clients.

Ryan and the guys were AWESOME! I will definitely use them if we should ever need to again. We will also be opting in for the monthly service as well. We will absolutely refer you should anyone need one.

Our service professional David was awesome. He came a little early to ensure I would make it to my dr appointment on time, was friendly and professional. Both him and the the person who signed me up for service was very clear on service, price, and fine print.

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

2nd Reply to Invader- Fred, Joie or whoever is responding, We actually DID contact you with our concerns about the holes & rat return BEFORE writing this review. You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

We finished eating dinner and my son decided to go out and play with the dogs. Within minutes a huge swarm of bees filled our back yard and we called to our son and the dogs to come inside. We saw that the swarm was all over one of our trees so we immediately called The Beekeeper Total Bee Control Inc at 7:10pm. The man who answered said they would be at my home between 8pm and 9pm. I called them back at 9:30pm when they still had not shown. He stated that he would call the driver and find out where he is. It is now 11:09pm and they still have not shown up nor called me back with an update. I would not recommend them to anyone. I work for a 24/7 emergency company and this kind of customer service would put us out of business.

I used Green Mango for a very long time and was constantly calling them back out to re-treat in between scheduled services. Since I have been with Happy Bees, I have had nothing but a positive experience with results delivered as promised. What a great Company this is! They are pollinator friendly, which I love (so do the butterflies that visit my flowers) and they know there stuff. Stephanie is always willing to share her knowledge and give advice. I am a customer for life!

James Morris was a very professional and friendly technician. He was on time and did a thorough job. We always feel better and safer after Tru Force has treated our home for scorpions and insects. Thanks for our peace of mind!

Bobby has the pest control service I’ve used in AZ! He is very thorough, I’ve seen ONE dead bug in my condo compared to the multiple I’d find after my last service provider would visit. He was also able to get rid of the mosquitos and ants in my backyard. Bobby is very knowledgeable about the best products on the market and keeps me informed on his work. Highly recommend you call him for monthly service!

Dylon was extremely professional and knowledgeable . On time and helped educate me on what he was doing in my home .
Will absolutely use these services in the future if need be .
