I called ASAP Restoration LLC to come out to my house to take care of a leaking water heater that had damaged my walls. Ed and another very nice guy came over, and took care of EVERYTHING!!! Ed was -very- kind, exceptionally professional, listened to every word I said, and was sympathetic to my situation. He also made himself available to me throughout the entire job, and I could tell his job knowledge was quite extensive (he shared what seemed like a lot of it with me, which was VERY helpful).
I could not have asked for a better experience than with Ed and ASAP Restoration. He is a gem. I wish all employees everywhere could be more like him. Thank you, ASAP!!

Great place and awesome people

Had a water leak from condo above. Met Ryan from square one and he got to work. I stayed away for a few days while he dried my place out. Came home to areas where drywall doors casing and base were removed and found it spotless my belongings were put in other rooms with care and a obvious goal to exceed my expectations. I was in the insurance world for work and in close to a decade of working behind other dry out companies Square One was clearly the best even knowing I have seen other companies that do fair work. From my very first contact with Kenny, the owner I have been extremely impressed. He sticks to his timelines, he worked with the timeline limitations that I had, and he is very responsive.

Tom and his crew were very knowledgeable and thorough. They did not try to oversel me -- just recommended what was needed to take care of my problem and then came out and did it. They were on time, professional and very friendly. I can't recommend these guys enough for mold remediation or any other air quality issues you might have!

This was the second time I used Servpro in Avondale to repair water damage in my home. The first time was for mold in the ceiling after a shower drain leak and this recent one was for a clogged condensation drain in the AC unit (get yours cleaned regularly!). Both times they did a great job getting out the affected drywall neatly and identifying the issue. I am particularly happy with their performance on this last job. It was a holiday weekend and they came and took care of the problem at my home, which is a rental. I live out of state and it was short notice. The technician communicated well with me and followed up to inspect the home at the earliest opportunity. The price was very reasonable and lower than I expected. They could have inflated the price greatly because I am out of state, but they have integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend their services if you want prompt and professional service without shenanigans. Keep up the great work!

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I'd recomend them to ANYONE.

I used Acuity Builders for my repairs after a flood. Kenny and his team were amazing. They were very professional and easy to work. They did what they said they would do, showed up when they said they would, and prepped and cleaned up all spaces. I am very happy with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them.

This company is great! Logan came right out and put out fans to dry out our bathroom and bedroom. He was very courteous and helpful. He answered all our questions.
