Shattered a bedroom window and these guys came out and had it replaced same day! I plan on calling them to replace all my single pane windows with low e glass in the future. 5 stars!

Chris’s team was prompt and professional. They handeled everything with my insurance. His team did a great job replacing my windshield and cleaving everything after.

Sean came out for the initial bid, he took extra time to explain some things more in detail then others had. He left me his cell phone number and told me to call, text or email him if I had any questions. When I called him to request SDC's certificate of insurance he had no issues sending a copy of it over to me. He emailed me and kept me up to date on when the roofing would start. Brian and the crew came out and did a great job with the roof. They were very respectful of my home and property. They put down drop cloths to try and catch some of the mess flying off the roof. The stuff that missed the tarps, they actually walked around and picked up. These guys must of walked back and forth 100 times getting all the little odds and ends up!! They also brought the leave blower and made sure to get all that extra gravel parts away from the house. Once work was completed Sean promptly sent me an email with my final receipt for work as well as the warranty for the roof. If you want a roofer who is respectful to you and your property and takes pride in making sure your home looks nice you found them here with SDC! Give Sean and his team a chance. So glad I did! Thanks Sean and team!

I bought new windows for my rental home from Window World of Phoenix and I am very happy. The windows look stunningly beautiful and the price was excellent. As they had told me, I had to wait 3 and a half months from the signing of the contract, but it was worth it. Special thanks to the installation team of Arturo Acosta. They were very precise, tidy and professional. My house is newly painted outside and inside and I was worried that I might have to retouch the paint after installation. Absolutely not. Everything looks gorgeous and perfectly clean. I will use Window World again. Thank you!

SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND CANT GET IT TOGETHER!!! I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their calling list from several employees the last 2 months. I have received over 25+ calls and each time politely asked to be removed from the call list and I've heard I will have a manager remove you we just got a new system, our computers are getting updated BUT I still keep getting calls. Your Company is one I would NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND after the headache of being hassled for Windows relentlessly. Figure your new system out and when someone asked to be removed from your call list… Take them off. Simple!

High end windows. 4 stars for the price but 5 for the quality, warranty and 6 stars for customer service!

Best cabinet experience of my life. Only wish I found them earlier. Installers were excellent. Traci went above and beyond. Working with Will was wonderful. So glad we let him make the changes that he made. We flip 10-15 houses a year. Will use Wholesale from now on.

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
