They brand themselves as a luxury high end bath remodel but the service seems to be anything but. The only reason I purchased through them was because they said they would include a ceiling panel in the initial estimate as the shower ceiling is only about 7' high. However the estimator did not put it into the order despite telling me they had so I had to sign a change order when I had to repeatedly ask to confirm the parts. I was also promised that the shower head would be raised since it came out at about 6' while I'm 6'5. Instead they kept it the same height and added a curved extension that took away another couple inches. It took a month and a half to get around to the install. While installing they ripped a 6 hole in the drywall which they didn't repair. They went on and on about how they cut out the middle man to save hassle and improve quality while everything they put in is fairly cheap quality. The showerhead is plastic. The basin is quite slick and not angled particularly well so there is always standing water in the bottom. Really all they did was funnel more profits up the corporate ladder. But at the end of the day they successfully replaced the shower and it hasn't leaked, yet.

We ordered a new walk-in shower from DreamStyle in late 2020 - we understood that they were very busy and it would be awhile before they could complete the install, we anxiously awaited our install date. Our original Project Manager was replaced with Scott W. and we appreciated that he stepped in to pick up the pieces and address any glitches/concerns before our install date - he kept in touch with us almost daily as our install date got closer. Install was excellent - Josiah R and Brett L were our install team. We could not have asked for nicer, more professional installers. They called first thing in the morning, arrived on time, were very attentive, asked us how we wanted things done throughout the process and did impeccable work. They left everything cleaner than it was when they arrived. Our new DreamStyle walk-in shower is beautiful. Thank you to Russ, Scott and especially Josiah and Brett!

I just can not say enough good things about this remodeling company. Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Phoenix worked on my kitchen and bathroom tiles and vanity in both a swiftly and knowledgeable manner. The time was extremely polite and experienced the entire time. I will be using this company again!

Just remodel was at the Home Show and I gave him my number for a free in home estimate. He came out in 2 weeks and took measurements and said he would send me an estimate in about 2 weeks. After a month had gone by, I hadn't heard from Don Houghs. (The owner) I left him a few voicemails and heard nothing. 2 months later I received a text message saying he had withdrawn from the bidding process. When I asked why, he said he was too busy to take on my job. After 2 months? Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and speak with me. Just a text. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Very unprofessional....

We had a new shower installed, countertops, mirrors, light fixtures, toilets, and new bathroom fixtures. ReBath did two of our bathrooms. We love our new bathrooms!! Everything from start to finish was perfect. I’m so happy we used ReBath. I cannot say enough about how great they were. My grandson used another bath remodeler for his bathroom before we did ours, ReBath was SO much better than the other company my grandson used. I wish he would have used Rebath. I would recommend ReBath to anyone thinking about bath remodeling.

Replaced tub with new walk-in shower in closure also flooring in bath and joining bed room. Did a wonderful job!!

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

Considering any remodel is a daunting process, Holtzman Home Improvements helped make the process as smooth as possible. Clear expectations were set up front and proactive planning helped us prepare. There are many many moving parts in a remodel or any home improvement, then throw skyrocketing material cost, labor shortages and covid on top of this process its makes my head spin. Holtzman home improvement helped manage this process in life and in mind. The result was great... Just like most good things in this world, you get what you pay for! My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Great window quality and service

Recently Re-bath remodeled our bathroom - it looks wonderful! This is in large part due to the technician assigned to the project: Aaron Torres. Aaron is professional, friendly and treated our home with respect. Typically, he arrived daily at the agreed upon time - in the event he was to be delayed he informed us that morning of the new arrival time.He informed us of what he planned to accomplish each day. Aaron is a journeyman of many trades and needed minimal involvement from other tradesman. At the end of the project even our dog was sad when he didn’t return.Gary and Kris Gutierrez
