He got out here quick and was extremely friendly from the get go.He looked at the problem and listened to myself and my girlfriend about our needs and said what we could do and gave us multiple options to choose from. We never felt any need to upgrade or go bigger and better than what we had if we were happy with what we had. As well as the fact that he mentioned some upgrades just aren’t with it. And that means a lot to not have that sort of pressure put on you and we can’t thank Richard enough.He was walking me through everything he was doing or going to do with the new water heater so we were always in the loop.
