Highly competent and professional company were have ever hired. Mike provided constant oversight and communicated project status on a regular basic. We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. This company finished on time on scheduled and with in budget. Don't Hire any other company then this company. The best in Arizona by far

Barry and Tim went beyond their normal responsibilities and made extra time to help me with another issue in the house for which I’m very grateful for. I was very stratified with the new shower installation. West Shore should be thankful to have employees such as Barry, Tim and the whole crew, they represented the company well. Cory Colvin, Ridge Clark, Tacho Mendoza & Chris Trujillo all were excellent! Our project was completed from start to finish in 3 days. They were respectful, clean & did an excellent job on all our windows and slider. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling project you have!

He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. Derek and his Aqua Therapy Tubs team of veterans replaced our dated bathtub with a handicap-accessible walk-in shower. He designed it to suit my husband's large size. After the job began we decided to extend the shower another 6 inches and Derek's team handled the change with grace and enthusiasm. The workmanship is superior and the bathroom is not only safe, but also gorgeous. The crews were on time, careful, courteous, and respectful of my privacy and belongings. Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

We have a complete bathroom makeover. Brian lead the team & was amazing from start to finish & beyond.
The finished product is really nice & we are super happy.

One thing we didn’t realise is that we would have to repaint the walls ourselves afterwards which we have now done.

We had 1/2 follow ups with the company afterwards for adjustments but they were quick & easy to do.

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!
