Very high pressure sales tactics. There product may be great, but being bullied into buying was horrible. I cancelled my contract. After I cancelled, they were willing to give me the discount that I had asked for the day before. It felt like I was at a car dealership. Expect prices to be at least $25,000 or more.

Easy to work with this team. Ive worked with many contractors over the years and I must say this is the first time Ive ever really been impressed. They showed up daily on time, worked hard the whole time they were there, listened to what we wanted, did an awesome job, completed on time as promised, fairly priced and cleaned up their job site daily. Would definitely recommend and will use them again if needed. Thanks to Jeremy for reaching out to my request, and thanks Mark and Ben for helping us create our dream shower!!

Steven and Kacey were an excellent team. Remodeled two rooms: one tub area and one shower area. The work was excellent and installers consulted me at appropriate times. Installers were careful of my home, kept it as clean as possible and worked steadily. The quality of the installation was very high. I would be pleased to refer these two and their firm to others.

Mike and Julie are true professionals. I went through a major remodel of my home and Mike and Julie, owners of Crafted, set proper expectations upfront and exceeded the expectations in the end. After having 5 full-bids outlining same conceptual remodel, and meeting each contractor personally, Crafted stood head-and-shoulders above the rest. Crafted's bid was competitive, detailed, and provided options I did not consider without increasing the bid. Even with moving the kitchen from one side of the room to the other, moving walls back, changing exterior window size, 1800 sq/ft of new flooring and baseboards, the project was completed before the agreed upon date! Grateful for having been referred to Crafted. If you are in need of a professional, respectful, honest ontractor/GC I can and will refer you too to Crafted! Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. We chose Holtzman because they are a local company and they have a showroom for easy one-stop shopping. We also liked having Builder Trend for online communication and a calendar so that we could see when the work was scheduled to be done. Ryan was our consultant. He had great ideas and designed our bathrooms and helped us with our choices as we were picking everything out so that it all came together perfectly. John was our supervisor and he made sure that the work got done well. He was easy to talk to and on-site frequently. Everything from the tile to the plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, mirrors, etc. was very well done. The end results are beautiful. We are very happy that we chose Holtzman.

Maxum is the best. We couldn’t be more pleased with our bathrooms. From the initial contact with John and Taylor, when they came to our house to take measurements, to the final inspection, they were professionals with a personal touch. Within two or three days, a design for the master bath was sent to us for review. The plan was excellent and fit our space perfectly. After a visit to the show room for a detailed discussion, we decided to have both bathrooms remodeled simultaneously. The two professionals who worked on the project, Ricardo and Jose, were extremely skilled and talented. There were no delays, no glitches, everything went smoothly and attention to detail was always in the forefront. The custom-made vanities, cabinets and tiling are exceptional. The most important aspect was the communication between Maxum and us. Everything was open and honest and Maxum delivered. We could not recommend them more for a remodel and will no doubt use them again in the future.
