Horrible plumbing. 3 weeks later and the toliet still doesn’t flush. They told us to just stop using toliet paper after their 2nd attempt to fix it. After$500 they want more $ to fix it right

Scott discovered some things that could potentially be addressed and also showed pictures to explain what he was referring to. It was refreshing to not be sold a brand new AC unit like multiple other companies immediately wanted to push. Thank you for coming out to our house and for the great customer service. We had the good fortune of getting Kevin Oropeza to repair the wires on our new system after a significant rainfall shorted out the system. We noticed the system wasn't running and did a quick check to see that no power was even getting to the thermostat which lead us to call on a Sunday morning. by 11:15 AM, Kevin had fixed the problem, showed us photographs of the issue, and made sure to add a preventative measure to his repair so that future rainfalls wouldn't compromise the system again. We are extremely grateful for Kevin's quick response and excellent customer service and hope he's around if this ever happens in the summer!

Totally professional in explaining the problems I had with my old system... showed me the problem, and explained the possible solutions. I opted for a NEW A/C unit, more efficient, air purification unit, and installation in 2 days !! Dan was OUTSTANDING in every way. ACE... DO NOT LOSE THIS GUY!! We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. He was professional, kind, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We will definitely use Walker Plumbing in the future!
