Best Solar Power Energy in Phoenix AZ

After buying the Cadillac of all solar systems, it started failing 4 years deep in the 25 yr warranty. And now the partially functioning system is obsolete meaning they can't get parts for it anymore. The power manager or brain doesn't work as well as many other individual micro inverters that manage each panel. It's obvious they used inferior products and don't stand behind them. So, all I'm out is the last of my savings and they can still claim oldest solar installer in AZ. Horrible experience and hope it helps others in their decision.

Love this company! Greg is very informative (he knows his stuff) and helped us understand the number of panels we needed for our home. From start to finish every team member was professional, friendly, listened to our concerns or questions and the entire process of placing Solar on our home went as expected. Highly recommend!!!

Signed contract in November 12, 2019. I am still waiting to pass Maricopa Co inspection. Failed first inspection and is taking 2 more weeks to get anyone out here to correct the problem. One panel needed to be replaced and they didn’t tell me for 3 weeks. I’m looking at 3 months (at least) before I will have an operational system.

From the start Michelle asked the right questions and from those questions came up with an estimate to not only meet our needs but made suggestions to improve our systems. No high pressuring, no badgering and only honest quotes with no hidden costs. The project manager Dannielle was on top of the project from day 1 and if needed was quickly on the phone with me if something was not going as schedule. She coordinated with all of the contractors and keep me in the loop as the solar system was being installed. I would highly recommend Rooftop Solar to anyone and have recommended them to all of my neighbors. 7 months later I contacted Michelle for some questions and she responded immediately with answer to my concerns.

Great service, great product, fast install

I’ve had a few companies come out and and give me quotes and I never felt good about their offers. They didn’t make sense. I spoke to my neighbors that had solar and they were upset because of the service after the sale. I had Sandy come over and she was very polite and professional. She explained the whole process and the numbers made sense. She’ll treat you like family and help you make the best choice for you. I’ve had Solar Sandy for just over a year and their service is still amazing. They always provide great service and get back to me fast when I have questions. Amazing company!

So I dealt with Mark, Chris, and Natalie at Aneva. This installation was for a rental property and I was out of state. I cannot tell you the planning and coordination Aneva had to go through during Covid to get this done. I really want to thank the whole team for the time, effort, and energy. I plan on using Aneva again on another home in the Scottsdale area. Thank you Mark & Chris.

Erus approached me on several occasions each time with a better offer. I continued to tell them I wasn't interested in their solar. Then they came with an even better offer so i sat down and discussed it with them. They said that since I was out of room in my breaker box that I qualified for a free panel upgrade. Of course they also showed me the savings of solar. I decided to go with it. When they brought the contract to me it had an $8000.00 charge on it for upgrading my electrical panel. I ask what happen to the free upgrade? We never said that they told me. I ask to speak with that sales rep but was told he no longer worked there. They continued to try to get me to sign the contract and I continued to refuse and finally said I was going with a different solar company. At that point they said they would put on the new 200 amp panel at no cost. I gave them the go ahead to do the install and cautioned them that I had just had a brand new $15000 roof put on the month prior. After the project was completed I was up on the roof with my roofing installer and we noticed there was a gouge out of some of the new shingles where there had been something heavy dropped on them. They tried to hide it with silicone caulking. After several calls to supervisors they admitted their solar panel installer did the damage and they would fix it. That was 2 years ago. I keep calling but I am ignored. 2 years....really. After admitting it was their fault. I was finally told that it was a third party installer and they no longer worked for Erus. Still no repair or compensation. They also get paid by auto debit thru my bank and on several occasions send me a late notice with late charges. I called and was told the notices were a mistake but received several more. To top it off the system is too small and i still have bills from APS. Also after some investigating i realized I had been severely overcharged for the system in comparison to others. DO NOT USE ERUS. They lie and cheat and cover up.

We interviewed several solar companies and feel FOR Solar has the most comprehensive solar inspection and product offerings. Patrick is the Sales Associate we dealt with and he thought of and presented the whole solar installation process before I could even ask my questions regarding roof replacement first, sealing around the roof anchors, battery backup, placement of solar panels on roof, time frames for permits and inspections. If you are looking for Solar I recommend you include Patrick of FOR Solar in your quote process.

One of the GREATEST companies I’ve ever worked with, I cannot remember the young mans name at this time but I remember he has a beard, hahahaha and we Literally just completed our sit down , he explained the entire process and how they are able to provide my home all the energy required in order to keep it running only using solar energy my bill was almost completely cut in half !! I reluctantly signed up for a free consultation from one of their reps at Home Depot. The exact words from the rep when I gave him my phone mumber was they won't spam you or anything. The appointment was set for 2 1/2 weeks out yet they proceeded to call me 11 times within 22 hours. Appointment canceled.

The staff is friendly and got done when they said they would be.

Just really had nothing but bad experiences. I would go somewhere else if i were you. False promises and then lying about what was said. Just save yourself the trouble.

We’ve wanted Solar for awhile, and looked around at other companies, but the big draw was that Sunny does everything, other companies out source different parts of the instillation. From our first meeting, we knew when everything was going to happen. You get text or email, and you can also see how things are going via the Sunny Portal.
Everyone turned up on time, there was no mess left behind, and I lost no power for any length of time (well I lost power for 10 seconds when a meter was switched out) ?

I had an overall amazing experience with Andrew from Sonoran Solar Power. I have had numerous solar sales reps at my door, Andrew by far was the most transparent and never pressured me. After getting different quotes from other companies, their price was the most competitive and couldn’t be beat. Not only did they provide the best customer service, they also built a relationship that made me feel comfortable and trust them from start to finish.

These clowns did an led conversion to the auto parts store where I work and they took 2 days to do a day job. They dropped pieces of lighting from the ceiling all over the retail floor almost hitting customers and then left all their garbage everywhere. Made no attempt to clean up after themselves. Got in the customers way rudely with no excuses. If you own a business definitely don't let these people near your customers.
