one star because I can't give NO star or negative stars.
I called service because my inverter went out again, left a voice mail and got no call back. Called again left voice mail again (maybe have someone answer the phone that would be great). When they called me back I told them my inverter is out make sure the Tech brings one with him. Then the Tech come out and said my inverter is out, it's going take 6 weeks to get one!!! ( Supply chain) Maybe look for a better supplier. This inverter has went out every summer. Maybe they should pay my electric bill
for 6 weeks!!!

Super bad costumer service i try to reach arcadia by phone, email and leave a lot of messages on your phones for a month and i still don't recive any answers. Don't buy with aracadia is super super bad service when you need it, even if something happend with your system they never help you with all your issues.

Great experience with a company that was very upfront with the benefits of solar, the overall cost of electricity and our ability to pay less. Everyone from the energy consultant, the project manager and the installation crew are very professional, kind and caring for making myself and wife feel comfortable with our decisions. Thank you all.

Super bad at replying and I can’t stress on how bad it is to get a hold of the service team. I’m pretty sure my inverter is broken and now I have been stuck with a high APS bill for the past 4 months. And on top of that I have to pay for my solar panels. I would NEVER recommend this company. I wish I would’ve went local.

So dissatisfied how the customer service they have along with the management who won’t take a call because it’s almost 4 O’clock. I’ve been waiting to know how long it will take for a part to come in and how long for them to come back to my home and fix the the problem that is caused my solar power to be off. In the mean time yet they do continue charging for their monthly payment and the moment you be late you’ll have fines. I am stuck with this company so if I had the chance I could take it back since from day 1 I’ve had issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!! Horrible service to there customers.

Absolute enjoyable experience. From show up until departure this crew was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. They were contentious about their installation, painted the conduits to match the adjacent walls, labeled and reviewed the installation from top to bottom with me. Well done gentlemen and thank you for a stress free installation.

Arcadia Solar was recommended to us by a really good friend of mine. From the moment I made the phone call to Arcadia, Ryan and his team were welcoming professional and phenomenal to work with. From start to finish I was informed of the progress every step of the way. From the presentation all the way to the installation, the work was professional detail oriented and high-quality. I would highly recommend Arcadia Solar to anyone that is looking to install solar panels on their house. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Our system has been down going on the 4th week now. The total time I have had 1 phone call from one tech who came out and replaced the inverter 10 days ago and the system is still not working. I have left messages on VM because no one answers the phone. No return calls. I finally talked to a person and they said they would have a tech call me, one week later still have not received a phone call. Here it is the summer time when the system would beneficial to have working and no response.

Update after speaking with customer service they apologized for the breakdown in communication. The Solar leasing company admitted that they had provided inaccurate information as to when the system was actually back online. It turn out the system was down for 4 days only and not the 21 days that the solar leasing company website showed.
Thank you for repairing the system quickly. Glad to hear the the communication problems have been resolved.

I have not worked with a less professional company in my life. My solar is two years old and stopped producing energy. Called Arcadia they couldn’t give me a time or date someone could come out. Tech came out on a Monday unannounced fortunately I was home looked at the inverter and said hardware is bad. I need to come back. Came back on Wednesday again no scheduled time. Installed a new inverter and left with a word. Still not fixed and still not producing energy. Called back several times to get the run around and still no solar and still no closer to resolution. If you appreciate good customer service this isn’t the place. I essentially have a $30,000 paperweight on my roof. Stay away!

People should be aware of this company. If you like adding debt to your credit and paying double for electricity/panels, this company is for you. I can't even refinance my home loan because of the amount of debt I've collected from this. I've been disappointed with every interaction and use of the solar panels. I actually pay more for electricity. It's a shame because I actually wanted to save money. Now, I live like a hermit and sweat in the heat and I still am not saving money. Thanks Arcadia Energy for ruining my life. But I'm sure you're happy with the money you made off of me!

when i first began searching for, reviewing and researching solar companies there were many. i narrowed it down to Arcadia Solar. i quickly discovered that they had high quality and a better price.
Lisa K and the gang will answer any questions quickly, want you to feel great about the product and their service.
i've seen the kind of energy their high quality panels are procuring. its amazing! i would DEFINITELY recommend Arcadia Solar!!

Professional and precise. Great with the text and email updates through each step. Easy process!!!!

Original installation was good but now when you try to get ahold of anyone they do not answer or return phone calls. I requested someone to come out so I can put pigeon proofing on my roof because of the design it requires to removal of panels and they have yet to return any phones calls or send out a tech.

We are literally second year with summer months of bills 300 to 450 dollars. Last year someone came out after our calls and said they fixed something. Bill went down to 200s. This year We called again. No call back. Now bill 450 and called again. Ohh yea. They saw previous call 3 weeks ago but there are no issue but our high consumption and didn’t feel the needed to call back. Seriously. 2100 sq foot house. Me and 11- year old home during day. Ac at 77 all day and night. There is no major consumption. This explained again and she states she’ll bring it to her director again but is sure there will be no difference to tell us. We are VERY sorry we paid 42K to have same summer bills with APS we do now.

Update. Received a call from ODIN ENERGY who is the old Helio. Leslie - from Odin, went over our consumption and how we can help improve usage as well as APS charges which need review. While I am not stoked to have high bills with solar at all, HER spreadsheets and investigative quality helped through this period of billing.

I've had my panels over 2 years now and never had an issue. Love my 22 dollar APS bills! (Yes even in July) Super easy to work with and would definitely reccomend these guys.

Make me loose my time i got approve an all was ready they never call or came back i had to send them s msg to cansel cause was almost 2 months and did not hear from them at all

Very disappointed in this company. I would definitely not recommend Arcadia Energy. We've been paying way too much for APS and apart the solar panels. It's been more than two years now. ALERT....We're been FRAUD !!!. We've gone tired trying to call and no one answers....and when so, we don't resolve anything. Very poor costumer service very poor quality. This company isn't very honest and takes advantage of the elderly and non-English speaking people.

We went solar about 2 years ago and have been pleased with with product that was sold to us. We really enjoy the Watt Wise system it has helped us save on our energy costs just as much as the solar has.

We have had our panels for almost 4 years now. I love saving money on my APS bill while producing our own clean energy. Thank you Arcadia Energy!

Lisa, Julie and the whole Arcadia Energy team are amazing. They are responsive when you have questions, and always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone!

Just really had nothing but bad experiences. I would go somewhere else if i were you. False promises and then lying about what was said. Just save yourself the trouble.

There are one of the best if not the best to do business with. Highly recommended.
