The team at Arizona Energy Pros go above and beyond to help their customers with any and all electrical needs. I've had them work on my home several times, from adding ceiling fans to bedrooms that didn't have them, relocating outlets for a wall mounted TV, running power for security cameras, adding recessed lighting, adding exterior outlets, and putting solar on our home, they've handled it all. I trust them with my home and would recommend them to anyone looking for solar or to make electrical upgrades to their house or business.

Yes I chose to go with this company for solar, big mistake. Panels were installed in Oct and it is now April and I am still waiting for the panels to be turned on. They haven’t replaced my pavers nor have they rehung my gate after fixing my riser over a month ago. I’ve been waiting a cpl months for rebate checks for my solar payments that I’ve made even though my panels aren’t producing energy. They don’t respond to any of my emails. This company has made it a nightmare to going solar. I would not recommend this company at least not for solar services. I’ve asked them several times to just come take the panels back, I do not want solar anymore after this experience. The response I finally Dodd get from Jessie is “ they are your panels now” what kind of response is that? With no attempt to correct the issue. I’m so over and done with this company and solar. I strongly don’t recommend this company!!

Arizona Energy Pros has been great to work with! Cooper and Dylan were great when it came to the initial conversation of getting solar installed. They patiently walked me through all of the information, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond when it came to dealing with switching from a different company. Their pricing was much more reasonable than other quotes I had received and they were a pleasure to work with. Nate, Cesar, and Tommy did a fantastic job with the installation itself. And Crystal is always timely with email responses and keeping me up to date on the project's progress. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to add solar to their home

The 3 gentlemen showed up, installed my 15 panels quickly and were on their way. They were respectful and got the job done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. My panels look great and I could not ask for anything more. Wonderful people and wonderful business. My solar panels look great on my house Internet and are not very noticeable, which is exactly what I wanted.

My wife and I entered into an agreement to purchase solar from AZ Energy Pros in 2021. The main selling point for us was that we could cancel the agreement at any time up until installation. This was assured to us by the salesmen that we met with. We ended up making use of that several months after our agreement (it is worth noting that at that point we had heard nothing from them regarding installation, but that was not why we wished to cancel). After we cancelled we did not hear anything more from AZ Energy Pros. The following year we received a notice that we had been sent to collections for thousands of dollars by the company, no invoice of any kind was sent to us. The company cited fine print in their contract that allowed them to bill us for absurd and made up charges due to us cancelling, despite what their contracted sales representatives had told us. We feel very mislead and mistreated by AZ Energy Pros.

We were looking to get a charger installed for our new electric vehicle, as well as two other odd electrical jobs that we needed to be either done or fixed. Arizona Energy Pros was one of the companies that I called and received quotes from. Their company was not only the most cost efficient, but also the most helpful! They worked with me and my husband and answered any questions that we had. I spoke with Piotr in customer service multiple times and he really helped to make me feel comfortable with choosing Arizona Energy Pros and I am so glad that we did! Thank you for all your work and for following up as well!! I highly recommend this company!

We had a wonderful experience with AE Pros installation employees! Nate, Cesar, and Tommy were punctual, respectful, clean, and professional. Nate provided great instructions and was very thorough in his explanations. He answered any questions I had making me feel comfortable with the system. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Mike and Ali were great. They installed 18 can lights, multiple dimmer switches, and moved a fan. They showed up on time and we’re very polite and respectful of our home. I highly recommend Energy Pros for all your electrical needs.

Very Professional and did the work as promised. Had 3 GFCI's installed plus other miscellaneous electrical issues taken care of. Work was done according to agreed specifications and was also done in a very timely manner. Great team and would definitely hire again.

AE Pros - Trong, Tommy, Pat and Joseph - installed our solar panels last week and did a great job. They were on time, efficient, professional and especially easy to deal with. The panels were positioned where we expected, so that they are minimally visible from the street. They explained the new electrical circuitry and the monitoring capabilities. All in all it was a good experience. I would definitely recommend them.

I was sold on installing solar. I was told the system was produce in the first year 16000 kWh. Over 4 years only 11000 kWh per year, so my electric bill is more. They delayed the install so I get less from APS. The inverter died in less than 4 years so not even producing for months. No idea it was broke since its pulling teeth to get access to monitoring. I had to go to SolarEdge. I thought my bills were high but they don't care. In their eyes it is impossible for something to be wrong on their install. Just stay away.

After paying $40,000 cash in April thanks to a slick sales presentation, we’d been promised we’d be up and running on solar by June. Imagine our surprise when June came and went and still no solar. It was finally installed in late June and we repeatedly had to call the company and sales rep about the incorrect placement of the grounding wire. Now here we are fast approaching the end of July and still NO SOLAR! And today we learned that the sales rep who sold us this pie in the sky dream has left the company because of questionable business practices. Just great! Why make promises you can’t deliver? And why not make it right by at least helping us out with our June & July SRP bills? We won’t recommend this company and we won’t be using them for solar on the new house we’ve just bought. AZ Energy Pro’s are pros alright … pro’s at conning honest, decent people out of their money.

***Update*** 8/5/22 Our solar was finally turned on today following conversations with the owners this week. Not only were AEP’s owners dismayed to hear what we’d gone through, they were genuinely apologetic and wanted to make it right. To that end, they reduced our final payment by $1000 and Russ himself came to our home today to ensure the start up went smoothly. Now that the owners know the issues we and other customers have faced, I’m fairly confident they will continue to right the wrongs and endeavor to make Arizona Energy Pro’s a company we can at last recommend.

Arizona Energy Pros completed an electrical repair on an outdoor pergola. They quickly isolated the issue and completed the repair. Extremely happy with the service and will absolutely use them again!

Nate, Tommy, and Cesar installed my solar panels. Super nice guys, everything. They got it done in half the time I expected and everything was clean. Even took the time to show me how to use everything.

The installation went fine but the sales department is a whole different ball game. I was given false information, I wasn't even made aware of helpful information that would have been crucial in my decision to even purchase the system at all. I have been told someone would be in contact to do an evaluation on the whole system and have not heard a word . Now I have made 5 payments on a system that doesn't come close to what I was told it would be and 3 SRP bills which were soppsed to be replaced by the loan payment give or take a $30 fee from SRP. Instead I am paying $200 a month to SRP + 138.to the loan co/bank. Now I ask you would you like to for heck of it just start making $ 138 a mo. Payment For no reason at all ? If you would I have just the loan # for you to start

Arizona Energy Pros was a great choice for installing my solar panel system. They were on time, in budget, professional, and did a terrific job. I had great communication with the office. Every time I had a question they answered it right away. Its now been almost a year since it I had it installed and it works exactly how they said it would. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!!!

Highly recommend Arizona Energy Pros for any electrical work as well as solar services. We bought a new home and needed most of the lighting electrical work redone and upgraded fans and recessed lights. They did amazing work. We also chose them for solar and the whole process was seamless. They took care of everything.

These jokers installed my panels facing north and I live in SRP territory. I called SRP and asked why I am still getting bills from them and they told me that they will always charge some electricity to clients even though the people that sold me the panels said otherwise. They told me the panels always have to be facing south or west for optimum performance.

5 star service and installation of my new solar panels from Brandon and Jimmy. Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Would highly recommend the company and look forward to continuing business with them in the future

I could not be more happy with the solar system I got, I waited months to do this review to make sure everything is going to work and now 6 months in and it is working great super happy and will be sending them to all my family and friends!!!

The 4 man crew that came to our home to install our 42-panel solar system was superb. They arrived each morning on time, went right to work, and completed the job according to schedule. Each of the workers was polite, professional and knew exactly what to do, which is oftentimes not the case when it comes to solar installs, and this is coming from one who’s been involved in the industry for years. We could not recommend more highly using AZ Pros for your solar project.

7/11/22 Update: Rusty, the owner, came by and set us up with a refund for the downpayment. He owned his side of things, and this garnered some respect from us. Good job Rusty.

7/5/22 Update: The owner's promises to follow up with us have provided zero improvement. We found that our solar application has been rejected as it had the wrong address on it. and now it looks like our application will be rejected as they have not responded to the energy company's requests. zero faith in these guys.

Update: After posting my initial review the owner of AZ Energy Pros, Rusty, and his wife visited my business and owned all of the issues mentioned below to an impressive degree. My partner and I intent to continue with this project, and I will continue to increase my rating as they prove to be people of their word (and they very much seem to be people of their word).

First Review: My business partner and I tried to get solar panels on our building with AZ Energy Pros. The salesman, Alex, had a pretty nice pitch. He told us he was an owner of the company, and assured us he could complete our project in a timely manner with a simple $5600 downpayment.

We gave him a downpayment check in August of 2021. As of today (June 8, 2022), we have not seen a single ounce of movement on our project. When we started asking questions, we were assured that the permits were the issue. They told us the city was just going slow.

However, when we called the city, we learned that there was never a permit taken out on our address. Also, our agent, Alex, wasn't even an owner. At this point, AZ Energy Pros still has our downpayment money, and refuses to return it (and they are threatening to charge us 30% of the entire contract if we do not allow them to string us along further). There still isn't a permit for our project, and we are left with no recourse except to head to small claims court just to get back the money they're holding onto.

STAY FAR AWAY
These guys conned me into signing with them. After 6 months literally nothing was done, no city permits or anything so I decided to cancel. Now they’re hitting me with a bill for $2,100 WHEN THEY LITERALLY DID NOTHING FOR 6 MONTHS. They fell off the face of the earth, no phone calls or texts returned. The bill is riddled with “inconvenience” and “design” fees. Yeah you know what’s an inconvenience? Not hearing from y’all after trusting and signing on the dotted line. Stay away from these guys. Have a homeless man install and finance your panels. Anything besides az energy pros.

These clowns did an led conversion to the auto parts store where I work and they took 2 days to do a day job. They dropped pieces of lighting from the ceiling all over the retail floor almost hitting customers and then left all their garbage everywhere. Made no attempt to clean up after themselves. Got in the customers way rudely with no excuses. If you own a business definitely don't let these people near your customers.

AZ Energy Pros installed the solar system on our house. I rate AZ Energy Pros 4.5 Stars but this review is particularly about the technician that turned-on the system. The technician Danny Balderas came to our home to turn-on the solar system. He noticed why the solar system was not producing. He did what the installers did not do (maybe installers forgot) but Danny setup the system (install firmware to the inverters) for a complete startup for producing power and successfully powered-up the solar system. While being out here he checked the conduit (he tightened a couple places that were not well secured) and the devices mounted on the wall of the house and even got on the roof to check that everything was in place. In being up on the roof he checked the panels to ensure they are secured and he found 2 panels that were not secured and he tightened them up secured. AZ Energy Pros you have a real deal of a technician Danny Balderas, he answers all your questions for you to understand the system installed and how it works plus he goes beyond what the service call was and checks other things including the panels on the roof. If it was not for his professionalism and diligence of ensuring the customer has a well completed installation/service, those 2 solar panels would have blown away during gusty winds. APS Electric compny and another electrical were unable to solve the problem until Arizona Energy Pros resolved the simple situation. My lights in several rooms were not working for 3 weeks before Arizona Energy Pros fixed the situation.

First time having solar installed, AEP made the process simple and smooth. Communication was great from day one and they walked us through each process step by step. Loving our energy savings, and would recommend them for your solar needs!

Zack was easy to work with, communication, and install were great. The permits were taken care of by Arizona Energy Pros - they contacted SRP and our HOA on our behalf, all we had to do was sign. We were walked through every stage of the install & everyone that we worked with was professional and very helpful. Zack even came to see us in person to make sure everything had gone smoothly for us. We’ll be recommending them to all of our friends and family, that’s for sure.

Great Service on Electrical needs!! We recently hired Arizona energy pros to install recessed lighting in our kitchen and family room and it is amazing!! I was very impressed with their professionalism and eye for detail. We originally wanted more lighting and they explained how we didn't need as much as we originally thought and it saved us money! We love the change to our home! Great experience and would definitely recommend to my friends and neighbors and use them again!

These people are a scam! They told us lie upon lie to sell us the panels. Once they had our money they disappeared. They made multiple appointments they didn't keep. When I called about all the broken promises they asked me to email my concerns. I did, no response. I did again, no response. I paid over 80 grand for panels and pay almost the same amount for my power bill. They are liars and cheats! Buyer beware!!!

Just an update. After my review, the company reached out to 'address' the concerns. A month later and I still don't have functioning panels. I'm still paying the power bill on top of the payment toward the 90,000 in useless panels I have sitting on my roof. They sent someone out who said the install was done wrong and rain water was pouring into the inverter box. This was confirmed by my electrician who said it is still not sealed properly. They act like they care and then go right back to ignoring the multitude of concerns. I have no ability to monitor the panels and they don't monitor them either. I am hemeraging money since this purchase all while trying to care for my disabled husband, my kids, and grandkids. The owner was 'responding to my concerns but I guess I'm not patient enough after almost 4 months of trying to get this fixed because now his response is Ithat he has 2700 employees and cannot keep up on every concern so I need to call them. This is after I told him the one person supposedly working tirelessly to fix the issue won't give me any updates, return my emails, or calls.

I have been trying to get a defective panel replace for 4 months not. Getting the run around. Sent service to review panel and nothing was done. The panel is producing about 50 kWa less then all the other panels on a consistence basis. I would not recommend them for solar.

Scam! Find another company! They dont monitor your panels unlike most companies. We spend 90,000 on 70 panels and they havent worked properly from day one. They ignored our concerns for over 2 months. Finally sent someone to look at the panels , admited that they were installed wrong. They have done nothing since. They keep saying they are doing everything they can but have nothing to show for what they are doing. They have not provided anything in writing showing any effort to fix the issue. They just keep saying we should be patient. Almost 5 months in of paying power bills on top of the payment for the panels and we should be patient? They tell us they will call right back, and dont. They dont reply to emails or calls. Just 2 days ago they told my wife keeping her in the loop was easy and not a problem and that they would send her an email the next day no matter what. She got nothing from them as usual. They tell you what you want to hear and then ignore you. Unless you want to spend 90,000 on top of your regular power bill and the fees from SRP to be conected to solar, do not use this company!

Driving south down the 101 today around 2:45 , and one of your pickups flew up from behind and cut across 3 lanes of traffic cutting off multiple vehicles, no signal , must have been doing 90 MPH. What an absolute disregard for other peoples lives while they speed through traffic like that, why would anyone hire your company when your employees act like that !

Arizona Energy Pros are absolutely Amazing! One evening I noticed an electrical burning smell in my Master bathroom. I immediately called Rusty of AEP and he showed up within minutes. He found that the GFCI receptacle was faulty with burned wires, and I can tell you as a retired Firefighter it was a house fire waiting to happen. Rusty had the GFCI changed out within minutes, and the system up and running again in under 1/2 hour from the time I placed the initial call. Now that's SERVICE with a Smile...... Something that is very rare and hard to find in any business of today. To make my experience even better, the cost of the repair was far under what I was expecting. This wasn't the 1st time Rusty has been to my home, he previously gave me free advice on several remodeling aspects. I was so pleased with AEP, that I now have Rusty working on putting together a Solar install for my home.
As a business owner myself, I can honestly say that Arizona Energy Pros leaves little to be desired of a business. Their Honesty, Integrity, Quality, Attitude, Professionalism, Prices, etc. are above expectation. Do yourself a favor.... Save time and headache, call AEP 1st for all of your electrical and solar needs.

My husband works here and let me tell you he has worked for alot of solar companies and this company is not only the most honest of them all but they actually care about their Customers and their work. They make sure that not only will you not have any problems but they also make sure that the solar on your house will look nice and clean and sleek. This is the place to go for solar for sure!!

Be very aware of these people, Russ and Yolie are con artists. We were going to purchase a 9.175 kW system from these people with cash up front with the $6750 deposit but when we decided to cancel they only returned $4000 and they gave us an itemized bill with made up charges like phone calls yes they were charging us for every time we spoke over the phone. Russ had informed me that he had all of the equipment in stock to do the job but after we canceled he charge us a restocking fee. They charged us for hand delivering the application to our HOA for the installation But after speaking with them they sent us an email stating that nothing was ever hand delivered. These people stole $2700 from us. I have all the paperwork to back this up, stay as far away from these parasites as possible.

My bills dropped from about $400 to $110. The system doesn't look bad at all due to being fairly low profile.

It's been a year since AEP installed our system. I'm sure glad they did because I'm paying only $35 on my APS bill for JUNE!!! Russ, the owner, conservatively estimated that my summer bill would be about $75 bucks with solar, which I was very excited about a year ago. Come to find out that he was way off. Paying $35 in June was a delightful surprise. Even my wife, who was skeptical, is glad that we invested in Solar. Since I financed this system, I decided to pay exactly what I would be paying without solar, but in 8 years, my loan will be paid off, and I will get to enjoy a much cheaper APS bill. If you live in AZ, I would highly recommend anyone to invest in solar panels because APS or SRP is only going to raise their rates. Solar is a great way to hedge against rising energy cost. There are may reputable solar companies in the valley. I would highly recommend giving Russ an opportunity to quote your system. He uses state-of-the-art solar panels that other competitors didn't use. Installation was very professional as well. They do not hire out their installers. They have their own dedicated installers who even painted the conduit tubes to match my house. Also, please beware of using the solar companies that knock on your door to gain your business. Many of them are rip-offs. Go with a trust worthy company that has been around for a while.
