The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable about how the system works and the various processes. However the guy who took over for him
handling the actual installation matters was a different story. The first day he took it over, I had 4 or 5 phone calls, text messages, voice mails. I work nights, so it wasn't like I was just ignoring his calls. Then almost every day for 3 or 4 weeks, constant calls and texts early in the morning, and when I would respond to him that a date and time he suggested (for various parts of the installation) wouldn't work for us, he wouldn't answer my response and showed up anyway. It was very unprofessional, as well as the fact that they said they would paint the metal pipes they installed to match the house because the HOA said that had to be painted, but they never painted. Also, during construction they showed up on a Friday,
didn't finish, then left all their trash and leftover parts sitting out front of our house for the whole weekend, then it rained so we had to move everything back and forth so it wouldn't get soaked in the rain. The final complaint I have is that the original guy who sold us the system said to mark our calendar because we would be receiving a check from him
in a few months. The check never came, not that i'm surprised, but I don't understand why he would tell us that if he wasn't going to do it.
