Scott Koches was the technician who diagnosed our upper unit. For consistency, Hobaica sent him back to fix the worn out parts (from what they described, it may prove challenging to replace). Scott & his assistant made it seem effortless! They fixed the AC unit & now it’s running so quietly like new! Scott also shared that he is furthering his knowledge about his trade by going to school to learn more. THAT is what impressed us the most! Good on you, Scott! Thank you for the excellent work on our AC.

Dustin and Travis made the perfect customer service duo. They were so friendly and polite. When they hit snags they went with the flow and never placed blame on anyone. They kept reassuring me that they would make everything perfect. They cleaned up even better than they found it. And, even the dogs found them delightful. Dennis Supernaw was recently at my home to replace all of my under-sink water shut-off valves. They had become corroded over the years and he recommended the Dahl Co. brand as a top replacement model. I researched this and found it to be true. I was skeptical about this item, BUT my husband wanted it. The first few showers I took I felt oily, I thought maybe it wasnt for me, but then realized it was a CLEAN feeling I was having! I am in LOVE with it now! Less water usage for everything, which for a family of 4 is HUGE. Your hair is softer and fuller, your skin is silky and smooth and laundry seems to be cleaner than ever before!
