Bad customer service. Had no issues getting a price over the phone in the past and now I can’t get a price over the phone with my account I have to call and wait for call return from a sales rep who isn’t in today instead…. No thanks I’ll shop around for someone with office personnel who are not afraid or too lazy to bring in more business without the help of a sales representative for commissions. Passed the buck of not my job to look that up and when I said I’ll shop around instead I got a happy okay good response. Someone’s not happy with their job and doesn’t like being busy.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner today. He gave me a personal tour of the warehouse and little bit of how things are ran on a daily basis but the most amazing thing about Dave is he’s a man of faith and a very talented photographer. I’m pretty sure the filters are great but not as good as the man I met today. Thanks Mr. Dave for your encouraging words,Wisdom and advice. I’m forever grateful.

Great place to get filters. Warehouse guys are always a pleasure to deal with and you can tell they enjoy what they do. HOWEVER, the lack of 5 stars is due to the receptionist in the front office with the Boss Lady name tag. She is BEYOND rude and always is extremely slow and negative. She is a cancer on this amazing business and hopefully the owners see this and start radiation therapy ?
