Jacob did a fantastic job. He was communicative and professional. We had a great conversation and I learned quite a bit during his visit and I will absolutely use goettl in the future.

Although the tech was nice he failed to address the reason for my call. I was offered products and services as well as talk of a new AC however he did not look into Duct to see if there was a leak.
Crazy because an endoscope to look in the duct work is like 20.00 on ebay

He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained what the problems were and what we needed very simply. He installed the new unit quickly which we were very grateful for because it was starting to get hot here. We are so happy with the service we received during the install. When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. Had problems with a smart thermostat that was not working. The two guys who installed it didnt know much about the set up. I reached out to Cesar Carbajal, and he showed up at my doorstep to fix it two hrs later. :)

I would recommend that you have Green ID check your home and make all necessary improvements to prevent further wast of your money in high power bills. They are super thorough in details and repairs that will improve your homes efficiency. In the beginning it sound like a lot, but it will pay for itself in the end. It all happens in a day. I would really tell you that if at all get your AC system sealed. That's 80% of people's problem.

The tech Joe Rivera and his R2D2 air duct cleaning equipment came out to a home I finished remodeling and did a duct cleaning and administered antimicrobacterial mist into the system along with air freshener. I can honestly say for the price and quality of the service I received I will be a loyal SMW customer. Just wondering at what point will I start receiving sweet SMW merchandise to rep lol.. (Hint Hint Scott haha)... The respect that the tech had in the home was outstanding and much appreciated. He was very good about explaining everything and let's not forget that he knocked out the service in about an hour!!! Thank you JoJo and the SMW Team for everything. Oh snap hold up, I almost forgot about the all star Jeff that came out and gave me a killer estimate of the duct cleaning and also explained the service to be preformed. I greatly look forward to using SMW in the future!!
