I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. John did a good job of putting things back together, which had not been done on previous services. Previous services performed by Goettl seem to produce adequate performance from our two units.

However, talking with John had me doubting his training. At least he called someone for guidance.

True to form, the tech tried to sell me more maintenance at several $100s to $1000s. The Goettl techs do this every time they come out to perform the spring and fall services.

The only reason we keep going back is that when bought our units from them they gave us 10 years of free, twice a year services. Most of the time they have tried to say we don't have the 10-year free service agreement until we bring out the receipt and have to argue with them for a bit.

WOW- what a great experience.. their price was great, service was exceptional, and a super fun group of technicians. We are extremely happy with everything. I highly recommend this company! Before you go with another company - I would stop and call this group. Thank you so much.

Nick was terrific, showed me what need to be done. He explained what he would be doing and showed me pictures of the system that are worn. He contacted a vent cleaning service for me, got an estimate and completed booking the appointment with them. He also let info with me for discounts with servicing my system in the future. We had a leak in our water heater. Ace home service was the only one that would come out same day. Only issue we had was they picked up an electric water heater and not gas. Delayed install about an hour or so. Tyree was a very nice young man’s and very professional.

Our AC went out and Chris came to fix it the same day. He was friendly and professional and took the time to show me what the problem was and explain it so I would understand. He gave me options and fixed it quickly once we decided what we needed to do. I appreciate having a nice cool house after a hot night with no AC!

I cannot say enough good things about Comfort Experts. We came home from a vacation to find the AC really struggling to cool the house. Of course this was also the hottest week of the summer so far. AC was running continuously and would not cool below 82 degrees. Ryan answered my call late in the evening and we made an appointment for the next morning. Ryan was on time and really efficient. We found a restriction in the coils preventing the unit from operating efficiently. We could have tried to limp the system along but, as the unit was 27 years old, it really was a matter of time before we were going to need to replace it. Ryan put together a quote for a new system and it was very reasonable. Within 48 hours we had a new system in place and up and running. His crew that did the install work was professional, clean, and very patient to explain everything they were doing and why. The quality of their work combined with their level of customer service makes this a top tier company to work with and has earned them a customer for life. Well, came home from vacation to a HOT house!! Howard Air had the earliest appt available, so we took it! First time using them. Excellent service by Walter. He arrived early, and got right to work. Replaced a part & we had the house cooled off by the afternoon... did I mention it was a holiday weekend & 2 other companies were booked for days. I highly recommend them for a/c needs!!
