From the top guy, Leo Norris, who brought the drying equipment the day after Christmas, to all the workers - Cee, Mario, Nico, Raul, Julio - who came daily to rip out, scrape, clean, pack, and take care of our situation, until it was all dry!! Great workers - professional, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly!! Thank you!!

Our backyard looks awesome. Their design was way better than anything we could have imagined. Price was lower than other quotes and we got more out of it. They finished a week early. The workers worked their butts off every day, never stopped. Will post pictures soon of before and afters. Only thing we didn’t love was not a lot of communication.

I called Roto-Rooter to snake my master shower drain at 3pm on a Monday and within 2 hrs had Lorenzo Carson at my doorstep. Lorenzo was extremely professional, talked me through what was going on with my drain and provided recommendations for talking with my contractor. He was friendly, timely and kept my bathroom clean in the process!

Used these guys to fix a pump, bladder, the whole bit. They were quick, good, and came in under quote, so, definitely honest and worth using.

They didn't even show up for the appointment we made to estimate the job.
