I had my first experience with Penguin Air and Plumbing on 5/2/20. It was a great experience. The dispatcher was so nice and empathetic to the time sensitivity of my air conditioning issue as it pertains to my kids in my house. Jimmy, our technician, was extremely skilled, prompt, and personable. He genuinely cared about our situation and helped us every step of the way. I highly endorse this company !

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency assistance. Thanks again!

He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. You will ask them multiple times to be taken off their mailing list, they will say ok and then ignore you and keep sending junk. Then they will start sending junk emails to you.

The gentleman that came to our house and fixed our clogged drain was a blessing! You don't always get great customer service these days but this man Brett proved that the experienced professional people who know customer service and actually want to do what they do still are out there and my wife and I honestly could not be happier. Both Matt and Travis were a pleasure to deal with and were very informative in providing information regarding the repairs needed. They were respectful of my house and covered their shoes whenever they entered. I was disappointed that Travis didn’t have time to take me off roading or for a walk on the beach.

After having our 2 AC systems replaced 5 months ago, we had a question and called Parker & sons. They would not answer a question and said that we would have to pay them $80.00 to have a tech come out to answer the simple question. Sounds like all they care about their customer is their wallet. To me this is a very poor service after they get your money.edit: I don't know how to send a message

I have called Walker plumbing for help twice now, and they have been prompt, helpful on the phone, and excellent on the job. The first time Clint came, and the second was Clint and Jody. This time, the problem turned out to be beyond our property, so the city needed to be called in to fix it. Realizing that I needed to call the maintenance department for help, I offered to pay the men who came. They refused it. I will always call on them for my plumbing needs.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.
