Christian and Dan did a great job. Even gavee a text to see if they could come earlier which I was happy about. They got their job done and we're even very friendly with my 4-year -old daughter who kept trying to go over and talk to them.

Mike came out to do a scheduled tune-up which was included in the purchase of my A/C. He was on time, professional and showed me how to replace my (very dirty) filter. I have been very impressed with Hay's!

Very very expensive, 1 hour to pull a damaged cartridge and replace-it with a new one got charge 365 dollars , the fix did not work and the wanted 1,400 dóllars to replace the valve. I did it in 45 minutes parts and tools 245 dollars .
Sad to see the way some business take advantage of people that can’t do it them selves .

Adrian was our service technician and he did a great job with our plumbing clog repair. Patient and explained the options. Repair was resolved. All staff from initial call to repair were pleasant.

Day & Night is fantastic! I called around 2:30pm to schedule AC maintenance and the technician, Rene, was here around 4:30pm the same day. Rene was thorough and very trustworthy. He took the time to have a conversation about our AC system and really did the best job for us. This company is staffed with people who are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I'd highly recommend Day & Night!

Joshua Williams came to check on my moms a/c unit today. He was a great young man, he was friendly, polite and explained to her everything that was going on. I highly recommend him and Ace home services.

My service technician, Miguel, was punctual and professional. He installed a Tesla home charger for my and it looks amazing. The reason I docked a star is the price, I believe their prices are a little high. Over $1800 to install the home charger on the exterior of the house less than 4 feet away. This included labor, a 50a breaker, conduit, and power cables. Overall quality work and I would use again, just a bit on the pricey side!

Chuck, the Technician, was on time and very professional. He was also more thorough than any HVAC technician I have ever experienced. Most importantly, he was very honest. Unfortunately the Company, Patrick Riley, is very expensive and the small part he replaced in the A/C unit was VERY expensive. Far over the online averages for the same work but again I give Chuck credit for making the effort to get the price down a little.Overall good experience solely because they have a good employee.

Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!

In February my elderly dad's thermostat shorted out and he needed the fuse replaced on his other AC unit and a Google Nest thermostat installed. Because of my work schedule I was not able to get there and do it myself. First, they charged an hour for drive time which I guess they round up to an hour so it is what it is. My problem is they charged my dad for two hours of work to replace a fuse and install the thermostat which for a professional should have taken no more than 30 minutes (being generous), I installed the same model in my apartment. Maybe it would be understandable if the service person took the time to explain how to work the Nest or maybe set it up on my dad's phone but nothing other than the installation. If their rates were decent I wouldn't be complaining but you would think for the price you would get better service. I tried calling and talking to the office manager to no avail, he was unprofessional making every excuse imaginable. It's very sad how a business would take advantage of an elderly person during these extremely tough times. My only option now is to go through the Better Business Bureau.

Great service from great people. No job is too small. Never leaves until the problem is resolved. We have used them for both heating/AC and plumbing. Absolutely no reason to try and find someone else. We are very happy with 911!
