I am a first time customer of George Brazil and the experience was above and beyond. Justin was the tech that came our to my house to provide a quote for a water heater replacement. He was absolutely fantastic, friendly, superior customer service and extremely thorough. He was able to offer a very competitive quote along with the offer of installing the water heater immediately. The replacement was done quickly and with very high quality. Justin completed a whole house plumbing inspection and provided comprehensive explanations regarding areas of concern and corresponding quotes. I appreciate the time Justin spent answering all of my questions. He left the house and garage much cleaner than what it was before his arrival. I highly recommend George Brazil for any plumbing issues you may have.
