ZERO STARS ! This company just wants to get in your house so they can up sell you on more work that you don't need or want. The techs are paid on commission so they will find anything possible and tell you it is a code violation or emergency and needs to be fixed now . They talked my 75 year old mother into work that was not needed and charged 3x what a local plumber would charge . I called and talked to the vice president Josh Cook and all he said was she signed the 6 page invoice , and these are market prices before he laughed and hung up the phone on me . These people are used car salesman not plumbers . Do yourself a favor and call a local small shop plumber not this high pressure sales company (owner) call me to discuss the crazy high rates you charge - seeing how your vice president laughed at my complaint and hung up on me

Chris came to our home to flush our water heater and we realized it was time to install a new one! He did so the same day! He took time to carefully explain everything to us, and did a wonderful, seamless job of installing our water heater!

I used parker and sons for a brand new AC installation as my old AC unit was old and cheap breaking down every 6 months. Nate came by and gave me a free estimate which I felt was a good value based off of the other estimates I received. I ended up choosing them with some really good home Depot financing options they offered. Installation was easy as they were flexible and communicative. The only thing I did not like was the point of sale at install where the installers offered a few more add ons including coil protection, AC filters and surge protectors. The reason I did not like this was I felt like these should have been offered at the estimate vs at install making it feel more like a pressure sale. Other than that everything was excellent.

Excellent communication and work; we have used them to update our electrical system (including installing a new subpanel), replace a worn out A/C unit with an efficient, very quiet mini-split system, install a garbage disposal, and install an outdoor ceiling fan. Very efficient work is performed and all is running smoothly. They are starting on remodeling our bathroom. We highly recommend the company.
