Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

Just Air came and serviced one of my rental properties in the Phoenix area at about 8:30 pm and night. My tenant talked with the service guy and determined that we needed start assist kit. If you go online these kits cost $30. The following day to was emailed the invoice which was $535.00 for a service that took under an hour. I called 2 other AC companies and asked how much it would cost for this same service and they said around $200. I talked to James the owner to see if he would make this right and and he told me to F-off. As a business owner myself I don't believe in ripping people off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

We had a technician come out on the same day that we called. Tristin was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Not only could they complete the replacement of our sewage ejector that same day, the cost was significantly lower than our previous quote from a different provider! He worked until 8 pm that evening finishing the job. To make this even more astonishing, not only did the unit come with a 3 yr warranty, this apparently comes with a 2 year labor warranty included! Now that is service should be. Thank you ACE Home services and Tristin!

Danny Quick came out as scheduled. He explained what he would do and got my agreement on the price. He explained everything, was courteous and helpful. After fixing our electrical problem, he showed me the part that shorted and explained what he did to fix the problem.

My AC went out early in the morning, called first thing and the technician was at my home in 90 minutes. My unit was repaired promptly and is now working properly. The service was speedy and reasonably priced. Excellent job.

5/6/19: The best experience from start to finish! I started this whole process several months ago by getting quotes from several AC companies in the valley that were SRP approved (for applicable rebates) and had positive reviews from other individuals.Jeff was the project manager that conducted the evaluation for my house. He was thorough, friendly, and detailed in his quote. In the end I decided to go with Jeff and Larson Air Conditioning!After being scheduled and paying the 50% down the time finally came for the install. Enter Anthony and Eli - these guys arrived on time the morning of and worked diligently all day ... even through some admin mixups with the crane and some of the registers being installed. Both remained professional and were giving me frequent updates on the statuses of the project. The following day for the second half of the install the guys were again prompt and diligent with clean up and all the final checks once the project was completed.Larson installed a new 3-ton unit, ductwork sealing, air sealing in the attic, and finally insulation to the current recommended standard (R-38). My family and I are very happy with our new equipment and look forward to experiencing more of Larson’s great customer service for follow up on how the new unit is working out - which should be conducted in a couple weeks!Updated 5/15/19: After resuming normal life in my house I started noticing issues with the attention to detail for the install - the foam insulation used to air seal the attic seeped through on a couple of my pot lights and the ceiling fan, there was plaster bits in the master bathroom that were not cleaned, and footprints tracking insulation through the house when the guys would use the restroom. Additionally, I have no idea how much insulation was actually placed in the attic - as I was not provided an “after” picture with a ruler showing the appropriate level of insulation; and I was not given any documentation for the brand new AC unit or it’s accompanying warranty info. For this I cannot give Larson a perfect star rating.My project manager, Jeff, just visited to do the follow up for the install. I pointed out the concerns I had from the install and he said he will have them addressed during the final evaluation visit - which usually happens about 2 weeks after install. Jeff is always professional, friendly, and detailed - I really appreciate having him as my project manager to ensure that all facets of customer service are accounted for and present with every action Larson Air Conditioning performs. I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.
