I’m so glad I went with them, they are professional, explained the checkup on my unit, and the tech. didn’t rip me off by installing parts that weren’t necessary . I have been using Accutemp since 2006. Pat did a consult for the overhaul of my house AC, ducting, insulation and furnace space. They all went way above and beyond. I managed to get a new roof, the insulation blown in and the duct work redone and then the electrical and new Trane unit put on, all orchestrated by them.
So in 2016 when I was facing a new home, I called them. They always do their best and my new unit has been a challenge with the coldest parts of winter. Its become man vs machine and Accutemp now is ready to assist as it seems the manufacturer design is the issue. I really appreciate their integrity and the long term employees who are like family. Its comforting to know you can trust them to make it right.
