The faucet was broken on the inside. The home warranty company was going to replace it with a much lower type unit, but the repair person gave me time to go to Home Depot to get an equal type. I think the home warranty company should reimburse me for the one I didn’t use but that is yet to be determine. The repair itself was done professionally and the ice water line was redone.

Four Seasons Home Services is an amazing company to work with. They are reliable, dependable and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased an annual preventative maintenance (PM) contract from SG Mechanical. An expensive mistake.

During the sumner PM they replaced an OEM capacitor with their cheap inferior capacitor. The replacement caused electrical surges in the fan and compressor - a shady dishonest way disreputable contractors can stress-fail an older air conditioner to force a service call or a lucrative AC replacement - which SG Mechanical pushed before, during, and repeatedly after their PM.

After recognizing the surges as something very wrong, I called one of the SG Mechanical owners for them to come back and put in the correct capacitor. Again they Installed a cheap, inferior, non-OEM, non-Trane-approved capacitor (this time it was the correct voltage and amperage size for the AC unit). After gaslighting the facts and their responsibility they charged me $89 for the service call.

Unfortunately the damage caused by SG Mechanical was already done. The motherboard with visible scorch marks from repeated surging, failed less than three months after their summer PM-Mission accomplished. An expensive repair. Lesson learned: I will NEVER let SG Mechanical work on my Trane AC/Furnace again.

Our air conditioner quit working on a Friday night and they had someone (Kyle) to our house the next day. The air conditioner had been worked on by another company the week prior and left a bit of a puzzle for Kyle to figure out, but he did. We are so grateful and blessed to have found you guys. Thank you so much.

I have been using Accutemp since 2006. Pat did a consult for the overhaul of my house AC, ducting, insulation and furnace space. They all went way above and beyond. I managed to get a new roof, the insulation blown in and the duct work redone and then the electrical and new Trane unit put on, all orchestrated by them.
So in 2016 when I was facing a new home, I called them. They always do their best and my new unit has been a challenge with the coldest parts of winter. Its become man vs machine and Accutemp now is ready to assist as it seems the manufacturer design is the issue. I really appreciate their integrity and the long term employees who are like family. Its comforting to know you can trust them to make it right.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

Workers were prompt and knowledgable. Got units serviced and ductwork redone for better flow. Happy with their work

Amazing customer service help out as much as they can. There job is clean they leave no mess at all. Will work with your hours great people. They care about are safety and they will be there until the job is done. Someone will go to your house two more times after the job is done to check that everything is working correctly. Highly recommend this company if you need your AC repaired.

T&K was very responsive and able to meet my compressed timeline needs for a remodel. They stayed late to hang new lighting fixtures and came back quickly after some drywall work needed to be done. They do really nice work.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.
